| Coal is the most important energy source in China,and its mining has not only made great contributions to the society,but also caused a large area of land collapse.How to maximize the local natural and social economy condition to develop and utilize the calculation in coal subsidence,establish effectiveness evaluation in coal mining subsidence ecological restoration system,make the coal reclaimed-years after governance produces good economic,social and environmental benefits,to guarantee the sustainable development of local economy and society and environment,guarantee the effectiveness of the ecological restoration,is imminent,problems to be solved.Ecological restoration is a brand new social governance model for the collapsed ecological environment of coal mining,which mainly refers to the process of restoring,rebuilding and repairing the original damaged ecological environment under artificial conditions to make it more suitable for the sustainable development of social economy.The evaluation of the effectiveness of ecological restoration in coal mining subsidence areas is to evaluate the effect of ecological restoration work in the subsidence areas,that is,to evaluate the extent to which the ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence areas has reached the expected results.The purpose of evaluation is to comprehensively and truly understand the current situation of ecological restoration in subsidence areas,to what degree of governance can be achieved,to find out the shortcomings of the whole ecological restoration work,so as to explore measures and methods to improve the governance process and improve the effect of ecological restoration。Firstly,the research status of ecological restoration in coal mining subsidence areas at home and abroad is described.Secondly analyzed the theory and method in mining subsidence ecological restoration,the Delphi method is adopted to improve the index selection,main factor analysis method of index screening,through SPSS software tools to implement the process,build a fuzzy evaluation model,to evaluate the effect of coal mining subsidence ecological restoration engineering of Huainan city and optimization.Secondly,Huainan City is summarized.Collected a large number of literature and data,in-depth analysis of the collapse in Huainan city as well as the current governance status and problems.Finally,considering the particularity of ecological restoration projects in coal mining subsidence areas and combining with the ecological restoration theories and methods of coal mining subsidence areas,the main contents of evaluation on the effectiveness of ecological restoration in coal mining subsidence areas were analyzed.On this basis,the main evaluation indexes are extracted,and an evaluation model for the ecological restoration effectiveness of coal mining subsidence areas is constructed.The effectiveness of ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence area in Huainan city was evaluated in terms of environmental benefit,economic benefit,social benefit and sustainable development,etc.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the deficiencies in the treatment process were found out,and Suggestions on how to do ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence area well in the future were put forward. |
