| With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the size of the urban population and the scale of land use continue to increase,and urban construction activities have begun to extend to natural mountain areas,which has caused dramatic changes in the mountain ecological environment,resulting in the destruction of mountain vegetation habitat,regional soil erosion,rain and flood Disasters and other ecological issues,the urban natural mountain ecosystem services are facing severe challenges.The establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources in March 2018,especially the establishment of the Department of Land,Space and Ecological Restoration,has raised the importance of ecological safety and restoration of land and space to an unprecedented height.In the face of the seriousness of the ecological and environmental problems,for a long time,Xining has led the government to adopt large-scale ecological,engineering,ecological and engineering modes to carry out large-scale ecological restoration projects of damaged mountains,slowing down and improving the regional ecological environment.The thesis is problem-oriented and follows the main idea of "proposing problemsevaluating analysis-solving problems" to carry out research.Based on the evaluation cognition,the article takes mountain ecological restoration as the object,analyzes and evaluates the main problems faced by mountain ecological restoration,in order to enrich the research field of ecological restoration and provide reference suggestions for the time of mountain ecological restoration.How to objectively recognize and evaluate the effect of ecological restoration represented by afforestation,use ecological sensitivity analysis and ecological restoration evaluation for the ecological restoration of mountainous areas in Xining City and propose optimization strategies will be the focus of this study.This paper takes Xining City as an example,selects three ecological elements of abandoned mountains,soil erosion,and bare mountains with outstanding ecological and ecological environment,and uses the literature frequency analysis method to determine the indicator system of each mountain’s environmental elements and establish a sensitive zoning.Secondly,through the research and synthesis of the experience and methods of damaged mountain research at home and abroad,combined with the advantages of the fuzzy evaluation method,the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate and evaluate various mountain ecological problems in Xining in 2007,2012,and 2017.All kinds of ecological restoration effects will provide a reference for Xining’s ecological management work.Through the research of this article,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Through literature frequency analysis method,it is shown that abandoned mines,soil erosion,and bare mountains have certain correlations in influencing factors,such as vegetation coverage and soil factors exist in the three influencing factors,so abandoned mines,soil erosion 3.Bare hills require systematic management in the later stage of governance.(2)The highly sensitive areas of bare mountains and the highly sensitive areas of soil erosion in Xining City are distributed on both sides and surroundings of the North and South Mountains in the central urban area.The total area of the highly sensitive areas in this area is 113.48 square kilometers,accounting for 63.43% of the highly sensitive areas in the city.The mountain area far away from the central urban area faces the problem of waste mines.Therefore,in the process of mountain ecological restoration,it is necessary to formulate targeted protection and restoration strategies to guide the scientific and effective development of ecological protection and restoration.(3)From 2007 to 2017,the damaged mountain in Xining City gradually improved from the improvement value in 2007(IL = 0.359)to the improvement value in 2017(IL= 0.519),although the overall ecological environment management Effective improvement,but there is still a big gap from the satisfaction value.Mountain ecological problems are concentrated in two aspects: soil erosion and bare mountain.Among them,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value of soil and water loss ecological restoration is the improvement value(Improve Level,IL),the specific score is 0.536,and the multi-level fuzzy ecological restoration of bare mountain The comprehensive evaluation value is(Improve Level,IL),and the specific score is 0.407.Bare mountains are highly correlated with soil erosion,and they all need to be improved and improved by increasing mountain vegetation coverage and strengthening sponge city construction.Ecological sensitivity identification and ecological restoration evaluation analysis clarify the main problems faced by mountain ecological restoration and the areas that require major governance.For the areas with severe soil erosion and bare mountains in the central urban area,this paper delineates the management and control unit based on the watershed perspective.The ecological problems within the unit are presented with systematic restoration target indicators.For the ecological restoration of abandoned mines in the periphery of the central urban area,this article proposes staged and stepwise treatment based on visual sensitivity.It provides new ideas for the construction of Xining mountain ecological security pattern,and the research results provide the direction of optimization guidance for the ecological protection and restoration of Xining mountain.Through this study,a set of closed-loop ecological protection and restoration method systems of "current status issues-identification and diagnosis-comprehensive evaluationstrategic guidance" was constructed. |
