Research On Improving The Organizational Power Of Grass-Roots

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations "must focus on improving organizational strength",which pointed out new goals and directions for grass-roots party organizations to strengthen their own construction.The term "organizational power" has also become a new entry point and foothold for the construction of party organizations in the academic circles.The development and development of the party’s organizational work in the new era requires the continuous promotion of the reform of the party’s organizational work under the guidance of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In the new era,it is inevitable to innovate the construction of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises,deeply explore the organizational power of grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises,study and solve practical problems in the construction of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises,promote the development of work,and make the work of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises more efficient.Times,creativity and regularity,so as to do a more scientific and democratic party building work in the grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises.This paper mainly studies the following contents:The introduction focuses on clarifying the background and research significance of the thesis,commenting on the research status at home and abroad,and introducing research methods and innovations.The second chapter gives an overview and determines the content of the organizational power of the grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises,which can be divided into four key parts:political leadership,organizational construction,organizational mobilization and development impetus.Based on the Marxist-Leninist theory of party building to help improve the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations,and explore related concepts in depth.This paper introduces the history and development of the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations under the background of the new era.After reviewing the construction work of our country in various historical stages,the basic experience and key meanings are sorted out.This lays the foundation and clear direction for the latter part of this research.The third chapter mainly sorts out the necessity for state-owned enterprises to improve the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations in the context of the new era.The necessity for state-owned enterprises to enhance the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations is explained from three aspects:the conditions of the times for state-owned enterprises to improve the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations,the inevitable choice of comprehensively strict party governance to advance in depth and grassroots extension,and the only way to promote the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the previous research,takes a cigarette state-owned enterprise in Shaanxi Province as an example,and conducts an empirical study on the current situation of the organizational power of the grass-roots party organization of the state-owned enterprise.It is found that the current improvement of the organizational power of the grassroots party organizations of state-owned enterprises is faced with the "two-layered" problem of party building and production and operation in state-owned enterprises,and there is a certain "medium obstruction" problem in the grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises that needs to be solved urgently.The main reasons are as follows:the political leadership of the grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises is weakened,the organizational construction power is not high,the organizational mobilization power is insufficient,and the development driving force is insufficient.The fifth chapter is the practical strategy for improving the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in the new era.According to the general requirements of the new era,in order to solve the problem of improving the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises in the new era,and to implement the Party’s guiding ideology on the construction of grass-roots party organizations since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises must be improved from the In the new era,the grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises have worked hard on four paths:political leadership,organizational construction,development impetus and organizational mobilization.In the conclusion part,on the basis of systematically summarizing the research on improving the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises under the background of the new era,it looks forward to the expected research in the future.
