The Party Building Work Of State Owned Enterprises In The New Era

State owned enterprises are not only an important leading force in the national economy,but also an important component pillar of China’s socialist market economy,and a "ballast stone" on the journey to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Consolidating the ruling position of the Party has significant and far-reaching significance.Shaanxi Yan ’an Energy and Chemical Group is located in the holy land of the Red Revolution.It is the only large-scale energy enterprise in Yan ’an City.It undertakes the important task of restructuring and transforming the industrial economy of the city and plays a significant role in the local economic development of Yan ’an City.This paper tries to explore the experience of strengthening the party building of state-owned enterprises in the new era by combining theory and practice.The first part traces back to the Marxist classic writers on the proletarian party theory overview,to find the Chinese Communist Party and the proletariat close source.Lenin’s theory of building proletarian political parties points out that the abolition of private ownership of land,deprivation of private property of big capitalists,production by the unified organization of the state,to strengthen the party leadership of state-owned enterprises to find the fundamental source.The second part mainly focuses on the case analysis of the party building work of Yan ’an Energy and Chemical Group under the background of the new era.There are 32 Party organizations under the Party Committee of the enterprise,including the second-level Party committee,the general Party branch,the party branch of the government organ,the first-line party branch of the project,the joint Party branch,etc.The analysis of the current situation and effectiveness of the party building work is clearly representative.Under the leadership of the Party building brand of "Red Navigator · Four-heart integration" explored by the Party Committee of the enterprise group,the business performance of the enterprise has been improved steadily,ranking the top 100 enterprises in Shaanxi for five consecutive years,ranking the 66 th best in history,making outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of Yan ’an.But in the process of development,there are still branch fighting fortress role and vanguard role of party members play is not enough,part of the Party organization secretary does not "big Party building" thinking,part of the party work quality is not high,which leads to the quality of the party building work unsatisfactory.In the face of these problems,in the third part,the author of this article through the whole system of 32 party organizations responsible for communication and exchange,listen to the advantages,given the enterprise party building work development direction,from strengthening political construction,to ensure that enterprises adhere to the correct political party under the strong leadership of the party To;Strengthen education guidance,the ideological advantages of the Party into the cohesion of state-owned enterprises;Strengthen the overall control and transform the Party’s institutional advantages into the normative execution of state-owned enterprises;Enhance the Party’s ability to consolidate the foundation and transform the Party’s organizational advantages into the leading force of state-owned enterprises;Enhance the adaptability,transform the Party’s innovation advantage into the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of Party members,cadres and employees,and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of enterprises with the leadership of Party building.The last part is on the basis of demonstration,trying to give some simple experience and enlightenment for the party building work of state-owned enterprises.First of all,in guiding ideology,we must adhere to the theoretical research results of Marxist Sinicization of The Times as the guide,to command the overall situation.Secondly,we must adhere to the overall leadership of the Party committees(leading Party groups)of soes,give full play to their role of guiding the direction,managing the overall situation and ensuring implementation,and establish and improve a modern enterprise system to ensure that soes maintain and increase their value.Third,the Party building leading the production and management work is not "isolated",must be deeply integrated with safety production,performance assessment,workers and staff to share the development results,in order to truly reflect the results of the party building work,to promote the party building under the guidance of the enterprise not only benefit the local economic and social development,but also to benefit the broad masses of cadres and staff,in order to fully reflect its role.The fourth aspect points out,the party building under the leadership of the
