Application Of Shandong Traditional Color Printed Fabric In China-Chic Fashion Design

Shandong traditional colored printed fabric is an important component of Shandong folk art,influenced by folk customs and regional culture,showcasing unique artistic characteristics and cultural connotations.The concept of "China-Chic" has risen rapidly in recent years,and the material carrier under the concept of China-Chic has become an important way to spread traditional culture.China-Chic clothing also gradually explored its own cultural development path on the basis of learning from European,American,Japanese and Korean fashion brands.Nowadays,a large number of folk arts are integrated into China-Chic clothing,which plays an important role in the construction of China-Chic clothing brand.Therefore,this topic takes the traditional color printed cloth of Shandong and China-Chic clothing design as the starting point to explore the transformation path of the traditional color printed cloth of Shandong in China-Chic clothing.This subject is analyzed and studied by literature retrieval,field research,comprehensive analysis,social practice and other methods.First of all,through literature retrieval,we sorted out the literature related to color printed cloth and China-Chic clothing,summarized the main research contents at present,and sorted out the parts that have not been studied in depth.Secondly,the classic collection samples of the color printed calico museum and art museum were collected by means of field research.Visit the inheritors of Shandong’s traditional colored printed fabric intangible cultural heritage,and explore the origin and technical characteristics of Shandong’s traditional colored printed fabric.And starting from China-Chic clothing,through network search and brand show summary,explore the traceability and design composition of China-Chic clothing,and summarize the feasibility of combining the two.Then,it uses the comprehensive analysis method to analyze and summarize the patterns,colors,design features and other characteristics of the collated Shandong traditional color printed cloth and China-Chic clothing.Then a consumer survey questionnaire was established for user research and analysis to further understand consumers’ design needs。Through the case analysis of China-Chic brand,this paper summarizes the design method of Shandong traditional color printed cloth in China-Chic clothing,and puts forward the innovative design method of CGM model pattern,which provides a basis for later design practice.Finally,the innovative application of Shandong traditional color printed cloth in China-Chic clothing is designed and practiced,and the pattern of Shandong traditional color printed cloth is transformed into an innovative pattern that meets modern aesthetic needs through modern design techniques such as extraction,reconstruction,combination,etc.The application of innovative patterns in China-Chic women’s clothing and children’s clothing verifies the feasibility of integrating Shandong traditional color printed cloth into China-Chic clothing design.This research topic shows that the patterns of traditional colored printed fabrics in Shandong have a sense of meaning,combining numerous patterns as the theme to express good expectations,while the other type presents narrative scenes,highlighting the plot of filial piety and benevolence.In terms of composition form,the application of formal beauty principles in Shandong traditional color printed fabrics continues the visual balance,including both fixed format rhythmic composition and free and orderly composite composition.The color is matched using methods such as "Drawing color here to the type" and contrasting cold and warm to highlight regional characteristics.The style of China-Chic clothing is diversified,including street,leisure sports,mix and match,new Chinese style and other elements.The color scheme also incorporates various combinations of traditional Chinese colors,natural colors,etc.,and utilizes the integration of traditional Chinese painting,folk art,and other themes with modern elements in pattern design.Based on the above theoretical research,combined with consumer research,the design method is summarized to verify the feasibility of the application of Shandong traditional color printed cloth in China-Chic clothing design.Through the research of this topic,the theory of traditional color printed cloth in Shandong has been supplemented and improved,and the design research of China-Chic clothing has been further improved,providing some references for subsequent scholars.The application of Shandong traditional color printed cloth elements to China-Chic clothing has a certain inspiration for the modern inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,highlights the local cultural value of China-Chic clothing,and provides design ideas for the combination of folk art and modern carriers.
