Research On The Application Of Xiaoshan Lace Elements In The Design Of China-Chic Clothing

China-Chic clothing emerged in 2017 and has developed rapidly since then.Under the joint promotion of national policies,market demand and the media,it has made gradual progress just in a few years from the initial imitation and reference to the integration of abundant Chinese cultural elements.China-Chic clothing is a large-scale innovative fashion trend.In this thesis,Xiaoshan lace elements were selected as design elements to be integrated with China-Chic clothing.Xiaoshan lace is a famous traditional handicraft and intangible cultural heritage in Zhejiang Province.It is a drawnwork embroidery craft developed on the basis of European lace by integrating local weaving and embroidery techniques,with a history of one hundred years.This paper chooses Xiaoshan lace as main design element to integrate with China-Chic clothing.The delicate and complicated Xiaoshan lace elements were combined with China-Chic clothing which is full of individuality.Explore the creative expression of Chinese cultural elements and China-Chic clothing.This thesis collected,sorted,analyzed and summarized Xiaoshan lace elements and the literature and data of China-Chic clothing.On the one hand,through studying the features of Xiaoshan lace in graphic elements,the unique stitch and aesthetic styles of Xiaoshan lace were clearly summarized and absorbed.On the other hand,this thesis studied the origin and development of China-Chic clothing and summed up from the perspective of commercialization,as well as from the perspective of design including silhouettes,colors,graphics.Through summarizing the design and characteristics of the two,this thesis tried to find a modern design method in which the two can be organically combined and united in opposition.This thesis mainly extracted and redesigned graphic elements of Xiaoshan lace in cultural expression and attitude,deconstructed and recombined material objects of Xiaoshan lace,carried on creations with digital printing and fabric surface reconstruction,carried out innovative material hand knitting application experiment of Xiaoshan lace process.This thesis developed Xiaoshan lace from a new design angle.In the design method,it is concluded that the design method of Xiaoshan lace elements in China-Chic clothing needs to be constructed by Xiaoshan lace elements,Chinese cultural elements and fashion trend elements at the same time,and summarized into four types,Three-dimensional reconstruction design method guided by Xiaoshan lace elements,Three-dimensional reconstruction design method guided by Chinese cultural elements,Three-dimensional reconstruction design method guided by fashion trend elements and Equilibrium ternary reconstruction design method.Design and produce practical works based on the above four design methods,deeply integrate Xiaoshan lace elements with Shanghai style culture,and present them in a way that fits China-Chic expression.It was concluded that China-Chic clothing must be more deeply integrated with Chinese culture elements for better development and improvement.Through the analysis of the composition of Xiaoshan lace elements,and the ternary reconstruction design with Chinese cultural elements and fashion trend elements,it is displayed in the way of China-Chic clothing.Which makes traditional handicraft culture more effectively promoted and developed,and China-Chic clothing can absorb more abundant Chinese culture,the in-depth combination of the two can get better development.
