Research On The Expioitition And Utilization Of J Coal Mine Enterprise Archives

Archives are vital to the development of coal mining enterprises,as they record the production,daily life and history and culture of the people who live in the coal mines,and they can be used to understand the work experience of the coal mines,thus promoting the work process of the coal mines and ensuring the scientific and efficient work of the coal mines.With the development of the times and information technology,the transformation of the economic system and government functions has also raised new issues for the archives of coal mining enterprises,and how to develop,utilise and manage the archives of coal mining enterprises has become a major issue for coal mining enterprises.This thesis uses archival science as a theoretical support,and explores the value and constraints of the development and use of coal mine archives through literature analysis and field research.The first part provides an in-depth analysis of the significance of the development of coal mine enterprise archives from domestic and international research on coal mine enterprise archives;the second part explores the objectives and realisation of the development and utilisation of coal mine enterprise archives by describing the connotation,necessity,value and significance of the development and utilisation of coal mine enterprise archives;the third part takes the whole lifecycle of J coal mine enterprise archives as an example,and through the internal conditions and external environment of coal mine enterprise archives In the fourth part,under the current situation of the development of coal mine archives,recommendations are made to strengthen the development and utilisation of J coal mine archives,in the hope that while providing quality archival information resource services for the work of J coal mine,greater economic and social benefits can be created.This paper summarises the problems at the present stage through a field study of the development and utilisation of archival resources in J coal mine,and proposes corresponding improvement measures to address these problems,in the hope that it will serve as a reference and reference for other coal mine enterprises.
