The thesis is based on the modern logistics, supply chain management theory andmarketing management theory,and takes China Resources Coal Holdings Company Limitedas an object of research．With a systematically analytical approach that consists of thecombination of quality and quantity, the thesis aims at an in-depth research on theCorporation’s strategies for its development．Firstly，the thesis makes a brief introduction of this company’s development and theresearch background，research purposes and the framework of the thesis．Secondly，it givesan account of the theories of the modern logistics， SWOT analysis and marketingmanagement theory that are applied in this paper．Thirdly, the thesis makes an in-depthanalysis of the company’s external macro—environments and internal environments with theanalysis of SWOT matrix，makes the general strategy for this corporation and detail strategywhich are establishing the large systems of the coal logistics．At last，the thesis makes somesuggestions for realizing the corporation’s strategies that are made in this thesis．We can draw some main conclusions through this research:firstly,for CR coalcompany’s existing production capacity is small and limited amount of resources, as well asnational arrested eight elimination of nontariff barriers to trade,the domestic coal marketconditions under attack, you can reintegration of resources, enhance resource control forinternally, collaboration, create new value,in order to ease the pressure on domestic coalenterprises. Second, in view of the CRCHCL, sales value chain, incomplete and imperfectsystem of sales, logistics management is not science, lack of logistics personnal,we shouldoptimize logistics management process, strengthening the management of supply chain andimprove the organization scale of logistics manegement, but also strengthen the logisticsknowledge knowledge training and the cultivation of logistics talents, on the basis ofimproving the competitiveness of the company. Last, CR Coal Logistics distribution system iscurrently relatively low degree of information technology,accelerate the construction ofmodern logistics distribution and logistics disteibution system that matches the informationplatform that can improve employee productivity,but also to enhance the overallcompetitiveness of the enterprises themselves.
