Research On The Treatment Of Domestic Garbage Of Rural Residents In The Construction Of Beautiful Villages

"Beautiful rural construction" is an important measure to promote socialist modernization,to improve rural environment,promote the "three rural" issues,promoting the building of a well-off society in an all-round way,has a very significant practical significance.the main objectives and contents of the construction of a beautiful countryside are to develop production,develop a civilized atmosphere,get rich,clean up the appearance of the village and implement democratic administration.at present,with the rapid development of chinese agriculture,farmers’ income level is gradually rising.The quantity of rural living wastes is increasing,and the structure is becoming more and more complex,which has caused a great impact on rural survival and ecology.Finally,the rural residential environment has been destroyed and the governance problem of rural residential garbage is becoming severe.In such a big background,the happy living standard of farmers and the quality of rural living environment often come into conflict.Under the background of "beautiful countryside construction",the improvement of rural living environment has attracted more and more attention.How to deal with rural household garbage efficiently has become an important content to solve the problem of rural living environment,and it is also an important content to promote the work of beautiful countryside.Therefore,we should strengthen the management of rural living waste,construct a new governance mode,and increase its investment,so as to ensure that the rural ecological environmental quality is related to our stable economic development and livelihood construction.Combining with the "beautiful village" in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City,Gansu Province,this paper selected "governance theory","public participation","coordinated governance" and other theories,combined with a large number of literature materials,to define "rural" and "rural" problems.According to the basic situation of rural household garbage(MSW)in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City,Gansu Province,the methods of questionnaire,questionnaire and questionnaire were used to analyze the hierarchical disposal of rural MSW,the composition of MSW,the placement and cleaning of MSW.This paper analyzes the current situation of waste management,and points out the existing problems and reasons: uncoordinated treatment capacity and output,unbalanced allocation of funds,unscientific waste management mode,backward waste treatment technology,huge government investment,insufficient capital investment,unscientific waste treatment mode,unreasonable waste management mode,etc.At the same time,according to the current situation of rural residential waste,from the infrastructure construction,widening financing channels,optimization of rural residential waste treatment methods,etc.,existing problems are discussed.
