Study On Public Participation Of Rural Living Garbage Treatment In H Town Of Zunhua City

Rural domestic waste treatment is an important task to improve rural living environment,build beautiful and livable countryside and implement Rural Revitalization Strategy.The treatment of domestic waste is the key content of the current rural living environment improvement.It is of great significance to properly solve the problem of rural domestic waste for Rural Revitalization.However,the rural domestic waste treatment needs a long time to contribute,and H Township attaches great importance to the treatment work,but relying on the government’s own strength alone,the treatment effect is not obvious.Therefore,in the process of rural domestic waste treatment,the public should be guided to participate actively and play a subjective.The paper to H township of public participation in the rural living garbage management as the research object,using literature research,investigation study,quantitative analysis and comparative research,from the rural living garbage management related concepts and theoretical basis of public participation,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign research results and experience,combined with the rural living garbage management present situation of public participation,found the public to participate in the drive power is insufficient,the lack of typical characters,the sanitation infrastructure and governance needs don’t match,the relevant institutional supply,supervision and feedback the issue such as difference of interactivity.This paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of government management,public participation willingness,village-level organizational capacity,institutional guarantee and so on,and puts forward the countermeasures for the government to improve the management system,improve the awareness of public participation,strengthen the construction of village-level organizational capacity,and improve the guarantee mechanism.The research on the public participation in the governance of rural household garbage in H township can not only promote the governance of rural household garbage,but also provide some practical reference for other regions.
