Study On The Typical Development Model Of Circular Agriculture In Jilin Province

Since the 1990 s,China has achieved rapid economic,social,especially agricultural development.At the same time,it inevitably causes the excessive consumption of resources and the destruction of the ecological environment.The ensuing problems of resource shortage and environmental pollution have naturally become a major obstacle to the advancement of China’s agricultural economy,the extensive agricultural development mode in the past can not adapt to the current agricultural economic development.Excessive use of agricultural inputs,water and land resources,agricultural non-point source pollution,the quality and safety of agricultural products are more and more concerned.Therefore,it is urgent to adjust the structure of agricultural products,save resources,protect the ecological environment,improve the market competitiveness of agricultural products,and take the road of agricultural sustainable development.The development of eco-circular agriculture can comprehensively promote the conservation of resources,the cleaning of production processes,the recycling of industrial links,and the Waste treatment of resources,this is an important hand and a realistic way to promote the development of green agriculture.Jilin Province,as one of China’s "granary",shoulders the heavy responsibility of anti-stable grain security,so it is particularly important to develop circular agriculture.But for a long time,the agricultural development of Jilin Province has relied on the traditional and extensive mode of production,which has not been transformed,over-exploitation and consumption of agricultural production resources,and the scientific level of agricultural production technology is relatively low,factors such as farmers’ weak environmental awareness and lack of ideological understanding of the protection and restoration of the ecological environment have led to unsatisfactory overall agricultural benefits in Jilin Province,and problems such as shortage of resources,environmental pollution and ecological damage have become increasingly prominent,it seriously influences and restricts the sustainable development of agriculture in Jilin Province.Based on the theories of circular economy,sustainable development and agricultural green development,the paper uses the methods of literature analysis,Field Investigation and empirical research,based on the actual data obtained from the application of various agricultural circulation models in the Spring Hui modern farm of National Taitung University Agriculture and animal husbandry in Jilin Province in 2020,the comprehensive benefits and the comprehensive evaluation among the models of the typical circulation agricultural models in Jilin Province were studied,it mainly includes five parts.The first part summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on circular agriculture and evaluation methods of circular agriculture,it is found that most of the researches on circular agriculture are focused on the introduction,evaluation and summary of specific development models in different regions,and the research angle is lack of diversity and systematicness,and few of the authors are based on Jilin Province.In the second part,through the investigation of the development of circular agriculture in Jilin Province,the present situation of the development of circular agriculture in Jilin Province is expounded,and it is found that the development process of circular agriculture in Jilin Province has made steady progress,especially in recent years,the effect is particularly prominent,the input of chemical fertilizer and pesticide has been decreasing continuously,and the utilization of livestock manure has been greatly promoted.At the same time,the existing development models of circular agriculture are summarized,and the operation mechanism,advantages and disadvantages of each model are expounded.The third part analyzes the comprehensive benefits of the typical models of circular agriculture development in Jilin Province,such as corn-chicken model,five-in-one greenhouse model and pig-vegetable model,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each model,in order to make suggestions for the improvement and popularization of the model.In the fourth part,the typical models of circular agriculture development in Jilin Province are analyzed by using the improved entropy method,and the comprehensive evaluation of each model is carried out.The fifth part puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the model and the development of circular agriculture.In this paper,different optimization suggestions are put forward for each model,and five suggestions are put forward for the development of eco-circular agriculture in Jilin Province: plan rationally according to local conditions,optimize quality and strengthen propaganda,government support and perfect system,expand scale and strengthen cooperation;Enhancing technology,increasing efficiency.
