| In recent years, with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,in order to build a "livable" countryside and build a beautiful new countryside, the rural environmental remediation action has been in full swing in various places.Agricultural water pollution,as an important reason for affecting the ecological environment, its governance has also become the focus of environmental remediation work. The party’s 20 th point pointed out that "we should adhere to the concept that clear waters and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver, accelerate the vertical deepening of the battle against pollution prevention and control, strengthen ecological and environmental protection in the whole process, and help rural revitalization." Therefore,it is a strong practical urgency to promote agricultural water pollution control, and farmers,as the direct main body of agricultural water pollution control, can only mobilize their enthusiasm and improve their willingness to participate, can they put into the action of agricultural water pollution control, and then improve the ecological environment. In this context, this paper, from the perspective of farmers, select the songhua river basin around the survey object, through field visits, questionnaires to collect relevant data, the Jilin province farmers involved in agricultural water pollution treatment and the influence of the factors, and the public product theory, planning behavior theory as theoretical support, using the binary Logistic model on the empirical analysis, the main research conclusion is as follows:(1)the main cause of serious agricultural water pollution has the unreasonable use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides,Improper treatment of farmland waste, livestock and poultry manure,etc.(2)According to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,it can be seen that the main problems in the process of agricultural water pollution treatment are aging population, low participation initiative of farmers, conservative thinking, lack of sufficient cognition of the responsibility of the governance subject, and insufficient efforts of policy implementation by relevant departments.(3)farmers individual characteristics of age, education level, health level, income level can affect farmers to participate in agricultural water pollution control, including the education level, health level, income level have significant positive impact, and farmers age a negative impact on its participation in governance will.Secondly, cognitive attitude, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control and other external factors all exert a positive promoting effect on farmers’ willingness to participate in governance. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to improve the understanding of agricultural water pollution control, strengthen the research of agricultural water pollution control, play the role of villagers’ autonomous committee, improve the income level of farmers, and increase the input of agricultural water pollution treatment facilities. |
