Traditional special construction plans for dangerous and large projects have many drawbacks such as time-consuming and error-prone in preparation and review,which bring huge hidden danger to construction safety.With the application of intelligent and digital technology in the construction industry,the professional review software is the development direction of the review of special construction plans for dangerous and large projects.In order to avoid the disconnection between the use effect of the intelligent review system and the actual work demand of the special construction plan of dangerous large projects,it is necessary to start from the demand stage of the information construction of the review system,and conduct a practical and effective demand analysis and evaluation study of the functional requirements of the software.Therefore,this thesis starts from the current situation and problems of traditional special construction plan review,and conducts demand acquisition,analysis and evaluation of the intelligent review system of special construction plan for dangerous large projects to help realize the standardized expression of special construction plan review standards and automatic inspection of special construction plan contents,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the level of program preparation and optimizing the review process.The specific study contains the following contents:(1)Combine relevant literature and in-depth interviews to determine the list of functional requirements for the intelligent review system of special construction plan.Based on Kano model to complete the design of the questionnaire,determine the requirement category attributes through the system requirement analysis of Kano model,introduce the satisfaction index calculation,obtain the satisfaction results of functional requirements,retain the functional requirements of charming attributes,desired attributes and basic attributes,and pave the way for the subsequent requirement evaluation.(2)Using literature review and expert survey methods,determine the requirements evaluation indicators for the intelligent review system of special construction plans for hazardous engineering projects.Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to obtain the weights of each layer of indicators,and construct a complete requirements evaluation indicator system.On the basis of the evaluation index system establishment,the review system demand evaluation questionnaire is designed based on the five-point Likert scale,the evaluation data is collected,and the evaluation comprehensive value of each function demand is obtained by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Considering the issues of construction period,cost and later improvement of the system,the functional requirements with high comprehensive evaluation value within each attribute are selected for priority development,and the final determination of the requirement development plan of intelligent review system for special construction plan of dangerous large projects.(3)In order to ensure the realization of intelligent review requirements of the special construction program for dangerous and large projects,the review system architecture and functional requirement modules are designed according to the review process in the "Regulations on Safety Management of Hazardous Subprojects" and the features of the developed functional requirements are determined,the review rules and processes of each functional requirement are formulated,and the intelligent review system of the special construction program for dangerous and large projects is built and completed.(4)The text of the special construction program for tower crane installation and demolition of M project is uploaded to the system,and the review of program signature,review of typos,review of missing items and omissions,review of preparation basis and review of content compliance are conducted by the system,and finally the review report is obtained to test the application effect of the review system.
