The paper introduced the principle of Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP), and studied the system frame and implementing project of ERP for papermaking enterprises.The paper analyzed the status and dynamic of information management in industry enterprises, and also analyzed the reasons why the enterprises, which implemented ERP, were succeed or failed. On the basis of comparison and analysis, it put forward the requests of implementing ERP for Mingfeng Special Paper Co. Ltd.The paper studied the design of system frame and function for ERP for Mingfeng, an example of others. After the system frame designed, functional modules of sub-systems were studied in detail, and the coding rules of products, spare parts, raw materials were put forward in reason.
