| In recent years,with the development of dangerous chemicals transportation,the road transportation of hazardous chemical in Beijing has been growing continuously.The Beijing Traffic Law Enforcement Corps carries on the supervision and the verification to the transportation profession,but the present supervisory way lacks the effective science and technology method to support the quick identification illegal traffic and the personnel,the Law enforcement inspection Way single,the law enforcement efficiency low question,therefore the Beijing Traffic Law Enforcement Corps carries on the upgrading to the current management.This paper is based on the design and development project of SG Company dangerous Chemicals Transportation Inspection system,this paper analyzes the project schedule and control by means of literature research method,investigation method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and first introduces the background,target and organization structure of the Design and development project of SG Company’s Dangerous Goods transportation inspection system.On this basis,the factors influencing the project schedule are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of WBS decomposition of the project,considering the relationship of process activity logic and resource constraint,drawing the project Network diagram,determining the key route,and analyzing the duration of the Rert activity,the progress of the project is optimized according to the result of the analysis.Finally,this paper introduces the implementation process of the design and development project for the Dangerous Chemicals Transportation inspection system of SG Company,in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project,from three aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee and technology guarantee,we can guarantee the smooth implementation of the project,carry out the project monitoring and control work on the basis of this benchmark plan,and ensure the project progress target realization.The research of Project schedule management in this paper solves the problem that the whole project schedule is overdue due to some process delay in the traditional project schedule management,and puts forward a set of solutions to estimate the project duration,eliminate the safety time,set up the project buffer,establish the benchmark plan,and control the project progress.It has reference value to the progress management of design and development projects. |
