Research On Project Schedule Management Of One Card Loading System Construction Project In Oil Refinery A

Project schedule management is one of the three key factors in project management.It plays an important role in the process of project management in petroleum refining and chemical industry.Effective schedule control of construction project can ensure the project completing in accordance with the expected time,and it also plays an important role in ensuring the project construction and increasing economic benefits.This paper will take the construction of one card loading system in oil refinery A as a case.Such project construction is carried out in the situation under non-stop production.The main characteristics of the project are high safety requirements,high resource demand and high time control.Delay of the project will affect the operation of the refinery,which will cause economic losses of the enterprise.Therefore,it is supreme important to study the formulation and monitoring of the schedule.By applying the theory of project schedule management,this paper first analysis the project of one card loading system,draws WBS,draws up the project schedule with the method of bar chart and network plan chart,and draws the network plan chart.Secondly according to the network plan,find the key path,monitor and control the project progress up to time by collecting the project progress information.Analyze the deviation between the actual progress of the schedule and the progress plan,Thirdly take measures to optimize and adjust the progress plan,so that the actual progress of the project is unified with the progress plan,and the project is completed.This research is representative of project schedule management.IT provides a method for project schedule management implementation in the field of construction projects for petroleum refining industry.This research also provides a significant meaning for reference.
