A new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial change are accelerating to breed and rise.Intelligent manufacturing is developing rapidly in the world.It has become an important trend of manufacturing industry and has a profound impact on the development of garment industry and the division of labor pattern.Under the background of consumption upgrading,economic development has entered a new normal.The stage of imitation and surfing consumption has basically ended.Individualized and diversified consumption has gradually become the mainstream.Demand is highly fragmented and discrete.Clothing has the characteristics of periodicity,popularity and short-term,which aggravates the contradiction between supply and demand in the clothing market.As a result,the adjustment of clothing supply side lags behind the upgrading of demand structure,and can not meet the multi-level,individualized and high-end consumption demand.The structural problem of insufficient imbalance of clothing supply side cannot be satisfied.Consumption upgrading needs,how to meet the personalized needs of consumers,to achieve supply and demand two-sided adaptation,is a hot topic in the garment industry are constantly discussing.Based on"personalized demand" and "smart garment manufacturing",this paper combs and studies the adaptation mechanism mode of C-terminal driver M-terminal,and verifies it by case study of large-scale personalized customized smart manufacturing enterprise Red-collar and Newspaper Bird.Through sorting out the literature context of Apparel Intelligent Manufacturing Evaluation System,investigating on-the-spot of apparel intelligent manufacturing enterprises and interviewing experts,the apparel intelligent manufacturing evaluation system is initially drafted.Using Delphi method,25 experts were screened many times.Finally,six secondary indexes and 17 related three-level indexes of customer intelligent service level,modular design method,network collaborative intelligent manufacturing platform,personalized product database,agile flexible intelligent manufacturing,and the benefit of intelligent manufacturing enterprises were determined,and the individualized requirements were constructed.The index system of clothing intelligent manufacturing.27 valid questionnaires were obtained through questionnaires on individualized demand-based clothing intelligent manufacturing index system.The weights of samples were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Yaahp data analysis software,and the consistency was tested.According to the results of empirical analysis,a standardized intelligent manufacturing evaluation system is established for each link of individualized clothing,which provides a theoretical basis for the self-evaluation standard diagnosis method of clothing intelligent manufacturing enterprises,further guides the development direction of enterprises and improves their intelligent manufacturing capabilities.Aiming at the transformation and upgrading of individualized customization intelligent manufacturing of garments,this paper puts forward corresponding marketing suggestions from four aspects:individualized marketing system,flexible intelligent production,collaborative organizational restructuring and integrated intelligent platform.
