Residential product related enterprises have developed relatively independently in different industrial fields for a long time.A complete set of residential products requires a large amount of information to be coordinated from purchase to occupancy.During the period of booming real estate development,the residential industry chain pursues speed and increment.In recent years,residential demand has gradually returned to rationality,labor costs have gradually increased,and user experience and product quality have become essential needs.At present,construction,property management,decoration,home appliance,and furniture companies within the industry chain are all trying to break down barriers between different division of labor,and try to bring more business growth to the enterprises by expanding their business scope or cross industry cooperation.This project mainly studies the systematic collaborative design of prefabricated interior components and customized furniture,as well as the integration of materials,structures,and processes for customized furniture enterprises,which facilitates integrated production.This project provides a product integration structure and software collaboration mode at the design end,and practices material collaboration optimization and integrated production coding at the production end.The main content of the article is as follows:(1)Analyzing the ideas for coordinated development of residential products both domestically and internationally,as well as the current development status of the domestic residential industry and products,combined with the characteristics of the interior decoration and decoration industry with assembly development and the customized cabinet industry with high customization level,it is concluded that there is potential for further coordinating product structure,materials,design process,and construction(installation)process between the two.The quantitative analysis of collaborative advantages of enterprises with different division of labor in the industrial chain using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Evaluation Method shows that customized furniture enterprises have more comprehensive advantages in collaborative design and production.(2)The product development under the concept of structural integration,based on collaborative theories such as modularity and modularization,has expanded the product line of prefabricated components for customized furniture enterprises,including an indoor partition system that can be used for factory production with customized cabinets.Based on this,a customized solution for wall mounted wardrobes has been proposed,which solves the problem of multiple parties rotating construction(installation).A structural integration product design was carried out for prefabricated interior and customized cabinets,incorporating interior components into the structural sequence of customized furniture.(3)In terms of optimizing the universality of production materials,deformation resistance was optimized for the decorative solid wood composite doors in the interior components.The physical and chemical properties that affect their deformation and scrap rate were measured and analyzed,and a better melamine impregnated paper veneer structure was compared,making it the preferred product for matching with other interior components and customized cabinet products that use melamine impregnated paper veneer.(4)In terms of collaboration in the production process,a cross component material coding and process coding method is provided to address the issues of production component coding and production process export that arise during the production process of customized cabinet enterprises landing other prefabricated interior components.Added installation location codes required for integrated installation.(5)In terms of software collaboration throughout the entire lifecycle of components,this project outlines the specific process of providing full lifecycle services for residential products under the existing design software ecosystem.Organized the built-in related software and data exchange capabilities between BIM and non BIM platforms.Summarize the full cycle software collaboration process between interior components and customized cabinets based on the BIM platform.Some of the research results in this article have been used in the daily production or small-scale testing of customized furniture companies.Prospective research can provide reference for relevant enterprises to upgrade their industries around the entire customization.
