Abstract/Summary:
Panel customized furniture has become an irresistible trend due to its advantages such as being customizable,meeting customers’ personalized needs,and having reasonable prices.However,there are still many problems in the use of customized furniture for panel cabinets,among which the bending and deformation problem of the panels urgently needs to be solved,The research work and results are as follows:(1)Taking a domestic customized furniture enterprise as the main research object,based on its 2022 customer complaint order feedback results,this paper summarizes the types of deformation of panel cabinet customized furniture in actual use.mainly including shelf deformation,side panel deformation,and door panel deformation.And analyzed the various causes of panel deformation,as well as the stress characteristics of various types of customized panel furniture for panel cabinets.Taking the design of customized panel furniture for panel cabinets as the main research content.summarized the reasons for panel bending deformation.(2)Using experimental methods and finite element simulation experiments,different proportions of shelf bending tests were conducted.The bending degrees of 3.00‰ and 4.00‰ shelves were used as primary and secondary indicators of allowable bending degrees of shelves,and the allowable design dimensions of shelves under different bearing levels were obtained.(3)The distance between shelves between adjacent side panels is too far,which is one of the main reasons for the deformation of cabinet side panels.This chapter takes the wardrobe unit cabinet module as an example to conduct in-depth research on the panel customized wardrobe hanging area module unit cabinet.It is found that the optimal range of support distance for the shelf is 275-400mm.When it exceeds 1200-1450mm,the risk of deformation is high and careful design should be taken.(4)Summarized the methods to prevent bending deformation of panels from three aspects:firstly,standardize the design scale of customized furniture for panel cabinets to prevent deformation problems caused by unreasonable design;Secondly,design auxiliary accessories to enhance the stiffness of the panel;Finally,by changing the internal structure of the board and adopting a board structure consisting of square materials and aluminum square tubes,the anti deformation ability of the board is improved.The main research results of this article have to some extent improved the current situation of experiential design and analogical design.Based on ANSYS analysis software and optimization design technology,through computer modeling,simulation.experimental research and other technical means,testing,verification,and optimization design research have been carried out on the design dimensions of panel furniture.Prevention and treatment methods have been proposed in three aspects:standardizing design dimensions,designing auxiliary accessories,and designing panel structures,This provides a reference for the design and research of customized furniture for panel cabinets.
