| The release of the “ Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” Development Outline of the textile industry has established the new orientation of the textile industry,further promoted the high-quality development of the textile industry “technology,fashion and green”,and guided the textile industry to accelerate the transformation and upgrading.Under the guidance of the “ Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” development outline,people began to pay attention to the functionality of textiles.As a typical representative of home textile products,wall cloth curtain products are currently concentrated on low-end fabrics with low brand added value.The common functional wall coverings and curtain fabrics in the market basically only have a single function,and the multi-functional composite wall cloth and curtain products with more economic benefits have poor market promotion and insufficient research and development efforts.There is still a lot of room for development in the future.Based on the functional requirements of the market for wall and curtain fabric products,this article intends to develop multifunctional wall and curtain fabrics that have both negative oxygen ion and antibacterial functions.Firstly,using negative oxygen ion modified polyester yarn and antibacterial modified polyester yarn as the main materials,A and B series of test samples were prepared by changing the throw ratio and fabric structure of the two functional weft yarns.The interweaving ratios of negative oxygen ion yarn and antibacterial yarn in A1~A9 fabrics are 1 : 0,4 : 1,3 : 1,2 : 1,1 : 1,1 : 4,1 :3,1 : 2,1 : 0,respectively.The weft ratio is used to control the difference in negative oxygen ion fiber content and antibacterial filament content;The B series includes 6 sets of samples,and the organizational structures of fabrics from B1 to B6 are plain weave,1/2 right twill,four weft torn twill,5/2 weft satin,six variable satin,and 8/3 weft satin,with organizational coefficients of 1.000,1.267,1.625,2.000,2.378,and 3.150,respectively.Conduct testing analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the negative oxygen ion generation,antibacterial function,tensile performance,tearing performance,pilling and pilling performance,easy cleaning performance,and light fastness level of fabric samples.Based on the A7 fabric sample with the best comprehensive performance,two curtain and wall fabric fabrics with both functional and artistic aesthetics were designed and developed.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The amount of negative oxygen ions in the fabric generally increases with the increase of the content of negative oxygen ions in the honeycomb,but affected by the friction coefficient of the fabric surface,the high friction coefficient is conducive to the release of negative oxygen ions to a certain extent;There is a positive linear correlation between the occurrence of negative oxygen ions and the weave coefficient.(2)The content of antibacterial modified polyester fiber showed obvious positive linear correlation with the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli,and had little effect on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.All fabric samples have antibacterial function,and the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus is generally higher than that of Escherichia coli.(3)The functional fiber content has no effect on the warp tensile breaking strength,warp tear strength,light fastness and easy decontamination of the fabric;The increase of the content of antibacterial modified polyester filament in weft yarn has a positive impact on weft tensile breaking strength,weft tear strength and anti-pilling ability.The warp and weft tearing strength and color fastness to light show an upward trend with the increase of the tissue coefficient;The anti-pilling ability and easy decontamination of the fabric decrease with the increase of the weave coefficient;The weave coefficient has no effect on the warp tensile breaking strength of the fabric.The weft tensile breaking strength decreases with the increase of the weave coefficient and then shows an upward trend.(4)Two types of curtain fabrics and two types of wall fabric are designed based on the A7 fabric specification(the throw ratio of negative oxygen ion modified polyester yarn and antibacterial modified polyester yarn is 3 : 1,and the texture is plain).In this paper,a weft double surface and inner layer negative oxygen ion antibacterial curtain fabric with double-sided effect has been developed;Develop a negative oxygen ion antibacterial curtain fabric II with a dual sided effect of gradual color rendering and overlapping effects;Developed a wall cloth with negative oxygen ion antibacterial function that mimics silk tapestry effect;Developed a shiny negative oxygen ion antibacterial functional wall fabric II. |
