With the improvement of living standards,people put forward higher requirements for health performance of taking textile products.Especially in recent years,diseases caused by various bacterial viruses and other public health problems are more serious.Various means of giving textile products antibacterial and health care properties emerge at the right moment and also become the hot research direction among each research scholar.Textiles with antibacterial properties and anion releasing function can effectively improve the internal environment between the human body and clothing,in order to prevent harmful substances on the body.This project uses polyester-based anion fibers,bamboo pulp fibers,hollow polyester fibers,cotton fibers,antibacterial polypropylene filaments,and far-infrared nylon filaments as raw materials.By means of orthogonal experiments and the selection of fiber combinations,21.2tex anion polyester/antibacterial polypropylene covered yarn,20.8tex hollow polyester/far-infrared polyamide covered yarn,anion polyester/bamboo pulp/cotton blended yarn and hollow polyester/cotton blended yarn were designed and developed.The performance indexes of the covered yarn and the blended yarn were tested and compared.The results showed that the performances of the two covered yarns were better than those of other structures and were more suitable for the knitting products.Material selection/antibacterial polypropylene anion polyester covered yarn,hollow polyester/far-infrared polyamide fiber covered yarn,bamboo pulp/cotton blended yarn and hollow polyester/cotton blended yarn 4 kinds of yarn,the organizational structure for the weft fabric,rib weave fabric,double rib weave fabric and double rib air layer weave fabric,use the S296-1 type single circular knitting machine,Germany DE le UP472 type double circular knitting machine and the German DE le I3P284 interlock machine design developed 16 kinds of fabrics.The basic parameters of the fabric were measured after scouring and bleaching,and then the mechanical properties,appearance retention performance,fabric style,fabric moisture absorption and sweat release performance,negative ion release function,antibacterial performance and thermal insulation performance of the fabric were tested.The results show that the fabrics woven by the two covering yarns greatly improve the fabric properties to a great extent,the fabric structure has a great influence on the fabric,and the arrangement ratio of different yarns also has a certain influence on the fabric properties.In the negative ion test,the surface of the negative ion fiber is partially exposed because it does not completely enter the fiber body.During the washing process,some of the negative ion powder will fall off,which will cause the fabric's negative ion release function to weaken,but after 9-10 washings,the negative ion release amount of the fabric will basically stabilize.In terms of antibacterial properties,the double-rib fabric has a good inhibition effect on the two kinds of bacteria,and the rib fabric with anion polyester/antibacterial polypropylene covered yarn and hollow polyester/far-infrared polyamide covered yarn arrangement ratio of 2:1 has the best antibacterial effect and can reach AAA antibacterial level.The fabric containing antibacterial polypropylene filament has a good antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus.After 50 times of washing,it can still meet the antibacterial rate of more than 86%.In this paper,the properties of 16 kinds of fabrics were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by using the method of fuzzy mathematical comprehensive analysis and taking the bursting strength,drape coefficient,permeability,moisture permeability,thermal resistance and negative ion release as evaluation indexes.The results show that the arrangement ratio of anion polyester/antibacterial polypropylene yarn and hollow polyester/far-infrared polyamide fiber yarn is 2:1 and the structure of double rib fabric has the highest normalization value.Among them,the overall normalization value of double rib structure fabric is higher,and it is the most suitable fabric structure among the four kinds of structure for the development of this kind of fabric.The results of normalization of plain weft fabrics is small,so it is not suitable to choose the weft plain knitting fabric as the fabric structure in the development of anion antibacterial and thermal fabrics.Selection of anion polyester/bamboo pulp/cotton blended yarn and the hollow polyester/cotton blended yarn and permutation ratio of 1:1 for weaving fabric,No matter what kind of fabric structure,the normalized results are poor,so the two kinds of anion polyester/antibacterial polypropylene yarn relative to wrap yarn and hollow polyester far-infrared/nylon wrap yarn used is not as this kind of fabric development.35 pictures,32tables,104 references.
