| The Qing Dynasty was an era of integration of Manchu and Chinese cultures,and Chinese traditional costumes underwent significant changes during the Qing Dynasty,retaining the traditional characteristics of Han costumes and incorporating elements of minority costumes,with exquisite materials,beautiful colors,and exquisite craftsmanship being the characteristics of Qing Dynasty costumes.The women’s costumes in Yangliuqing woodblock prints of the Qing dynasty are the inheritance and development of the traditional women’s costumes,and in terms of content,the women’s costumes in Yangliuqing woodblock prints are typical of the style of "three parts figure,seven parts costume".These costumes not only formed a complete system in terms of style and color,but also fully reflected the aesthetic style and aesthetic ideal of the society at that time,reflecting the most realistic and beautiful pursuit of people’s life at that time.This paper adopts the methods of image analysis,literature research and cross-discipline and reference,and firstly,it briefly discusses the history,concept definition and development of Yang Liu Qing woodblock prints.In addition,the aesthetic characteristics of women’s costumes in Yangliuqing woodblock prints of the Qing Dynasty are taken as the main part of the article,and the four aspects of the article are discussed,namely,the figure of women,the style of neon clothing,the plain fabric of the clothing,and the color of the clothing,and the aesthetic concept of traditional Chinese women’s images and traditional clothing culture are discussed and interpreted in conjunction with the paintings of women in the Qing Dynasty and the court paintings of the Qing Dynasty.The author then examines the dazzling costume accessories of the ladies,including their hair buns,jewelry,cloud shoulders,and other accessories.Finally,the author discusses the artistic value and cultural implications of women’s costumes,including the interpretation of the characteristics of Qing Dynasty women’s costumes from women’s costumes,and the value of women’s costumes for the study of Qing Dynasty costumes and for the study of other categories of art,and then discusses the cultural implications of women’s costumes.As an important part of traditional Chinese folk culture,the costumes of women in Yangliuqing woodblock prints of the Qing Dynasty have distinctive Chinese aesthetic characteristics and clearly reproduce the social and cultural customs of Qing Dynasty folk society,making them a calling card of Tianjin traditional culture. |
