With the further sweep of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is more and more fierce.Practice has proved that effective performance management can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.It decomposes the strategic objectives of the enterprise from top to bottom and layers to each job post,and ensures the continuous improvement of the overall performance of the enterprise through the management and improvement of the individual performance of the employees.Middle-level managers play a pivotal role in the development of an organization,and their performance is directly related to the rise and fall of an enterprise.In view of this,how to conduct effective performance management on them,to mobilize their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity has become an important content of enterprise performance management.As the reform pilot unit of Sinopec Oil Company,X Company has encountered unprecedented opportunities and challenges with the continuous deepening of oilfield reform and the continuous advancement of marketization.In this paper,the middle-level managers of X Company are selected as the research object,following the ideas of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,the related theoretical knowledge and research results of performance management at home and abroad are combed and summarized.It provides a theoretical basis for the systematic analysis of the performance management scheme of middle-level managers in X Company.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the performance management system of middle-level managers in X Company and find out the existing problems.Finally,this paper optimizes the performance management system of middle-level managers in X Company from the aspects of improving performance indicators,completing performance management process,and improving the application of performance results.This paper aims to optimize the design of the performance management program for the middle-level managers of X Company,so as to better apply it to the management practice of X Company,so as to help realize the strategic objectives of X Company. |
