Enterprises can combine internal and external environment through performance management,and form a systematic and effective performance management process from strategic height.It can continuously improve the performance of individuals,departments and enterprises,and in this way ensure the realization of enterprise development strategies.The first chapter is the introduction,describes the research background and significance,summarizes the present situation of performance management research at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of enterprise performance management,one is explained the basic concept of enterprise performance management and the related theory,the two is a summary of the methods of performance management,laid the foundation for later research.The third chapter is the present situation and problems of employee performance management system for CC jewelry company.One is to analyze the current situation of performance management of CC jewelry company and the existing problems,the two is based on analyzing the basic situation of CC company and the performance management situation,through the questionnaire survey,summarized the existing problems of performance management.The three is to further analyze the cause of these problems.The fourth chapter is the improvement of the performance management system of CC jewelry company.One is the analysis of the basic ideas of improving the performance management,the two is from the development of performance plan,construct the evaluation index system,performance appraisal and evaluation,performance coaching and communication,performance feedback and improvement and application of assessment results and other aspects of the staff of CC company the performance management system improvement measures.The fifth chapter studies the improvement of performance management system,the implementation of security measures,should pay attention to the construction of the work team,to improve the company’s incentive mechanism,to build a high performance corporate culture.This study not only helps to improve the CC jewelry company Kamehameha employee performance management and the overall management level,improve the company’s management ability and market competitiveness,and significance of the development of the whole industry.
