Research On The Competitive Strategy Of Qingdao ZhongShiDa Technology Ventures Limited

In recent years,the state has attached more importance to the work of technology transfer,which has become a national strategy.Relevant policy documents have been issued to promote the work of technology transfer.The role of technology transfer and transformation services in social innovation and development has become more prominent.However,at present,the national technology transfer system is not sound enough,and many new entrants are groping their way forward,with problems such as inaccurate market positioning and lack of competitive strategic planning in line with the long-term development of the company.Therefore,it requires enterprises to timely grasp the industrial environment and development trend,combine their own resource conditions and capabilities,grasp opportunities and use advantages,so as to achieve long-term good development of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the echnology transfer system,this paper uses PEST model and five forces model to analyze the internal and external environment of Qingdao Zhong Shi Da Technology Ventures Limited.What’s more,this paper uses SWOT model and four dimensional plane coordinate to set the competitive strategy of Qingdao Zhong Shi Da Technology Ventures Limited-SO strategy.In addition,this paper uses QSPM Matrix to choose competitive strategy,in order to improve the competitiveness of Qingdao Zhong Shi Da Technology Ventures Limited.Finally,this paper formulates some suggestions and counter measures,in order to implement the competition strategy of the Qingdao Zhong Shi Da Technology Ventures Limited.
