| As one of the strategic emerging industries,the fluorine chemical industry has maintained a strong development momentum since the 1990 s.founded in 1987,DY has controlled a large number of independent intellectual property rights in the fields of new environmental protection,new materials and new energy,and has broken a number of foreign technological monopolies in new environmental protection refrigerants,fluorine high-tech materials and ionic membranes.However,in recent years,influenced by the new crown epidemic and trade protectionism,the global economy is running low,the domestic economic growth is slowing down,and the structural overcapacity has led to the intensification of enterprise competition.In the fierce market competition,how to break the international technology monopoly,how to occupy and expand the market share,and how to maintain sustainable and healthy development are the major issues facing DY at present.This paper addresses the problem of unclear positioning of DY’s competitive strategy,selects a differentiated competitive strategy for DY through quantitative analysis of the internal and external environment,next evaluates the current competitive situation of DY based on the requirements of the differentiated competitive strategy,and finally puts forward suggestions for optimization and improvement.The specific research contents include:(1)clarifying the research background and significance,introducing the research method,research content and technical line,and pointing out the research innovation points;(2)comparing and analyzing the differentiated competitive strategy with cost strategy and centralization strategy;(3)through a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of DY company,combining the actual research and expert opinions,and conducting data analysis based on the results of hierarchical analysis,it is argued that(4)constructing an evaluation index system for DY’s implementation of differentiation strategy,evaluating DY’s current competitive situation by using the superiority diagram method and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,and analyzing its problems in depth;(5)suggesting strategic optimization in terms of product development,service improvement,market development,information construction,corporate culture and talent cultivation to address the problems in DY’s competition.and talent training. |
