Because of the progress of science and technology and the development of society,the Earth Civilization has reached an unprecedented new height.At the same time,ecological imbalance,environmental degradation is also a growing threat to our homes.Since 2010,the state has successively introduced the Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and emission reduction in the 12th five-year plan and the 12th five-year plan for Industrial Energy Conservation,and energy-saving services have gradually received more attention from all sectors of society,in particular,the demand for industrial energy-saving services is growing rapidly.On this basis,a number of enterprises whose main business is industrial energy-saving services have emerged in the domestic industrial energy-saving market as the Times require,and have gradually developed into market segments according to their own advantages,the industrial energy-saving product company and the Industrial Energy-saving Service Company(ESCO for short,EMCO for short)are differentiated.The energy-saving service industry has been concerned by the society from its establishment to its development,and has gained certain experience and achievements.However,many enterprises have to face great pressure in their development and competition,especially in the financial aspect,financing aspect,risk aspect and intellectualization aspect,there are different degrees of difficulties and obstacles,and the energy-saving service industry is also facing great challenges under the market environment of stimulating competition.This paper takes the YD Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"YD Environmental Protection Company")as an example,and focuses on the status quo and competitive environment of its company,and conducts an in-depth investigation and study,from the results obtained,we can find the problems and shortcomings of the enterprise in the competitive environment,and then combine the theoretical basis of using the basic competitive strategy,value chain and core competitiveness,focusing on the macro-environment analysis and Porter’s five-force model analysis tool,this paper analyzes and compares the strategic environment of the energy-saving service industry in which the enterprise is located,and at the same time,analyzes and studies the value chain and core competitiveness of the enterprise,this paper finds out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company,and analyzes the competitive strategy that accords with the company from different angles.Finally,according to the selected competitive strategy,the paper makes out the way to implement the centralized differentiation strategy,which is of positive significance to promote the rapid and healthy development of the enterprise.
