Husbandry is an important development industry in China,it occupies an important position in the national economy.China is also a grand country in animal breeding,but the level of animal disease control in China is relatively low,a variety of diseases are prevalent and the prevention and control situation are severe.After entering the new period,the development of animal diseases is becoming more and more serious,the state attaches great importance to the prevention and control of animal diseases and give strong support to animal disease diagnosis technology and products.However,the variety and quantity of veterinary diagnostic reagents in China are far from meeting the needs of disease prevention and control.Therefore,the market potential of veterinary diagnostic reagents in China is huge.Lanzhou SY Biotechnology Company Limited is established in June 2020,based on the original diagnostic center,one research institute on veterinary.The company is positioned as the research and development achievement transformation base of diagnostic products of this veterinary research institute,mainly engaged in animal disease diagnostic products and related products research and development,production and sales.Relying on the strong scientific research strength of the research institute,Lanzhou SY Biotechnology Company Limited has a strong ability of veterinary diagnostic products development and technical services.But the company is relatively new,the overall operation model has a big change,and it haven’t found a stable footing yet as an independently operated company.And since the COVID-19 pandemic,there is certain impact on enterprises’ connection with users,it is urgent to make a series of strategic management analysis in order to find a new way suitable for development for the sustainable development of enterprise health.This paper is problem-solving oriented,follow the logic of "finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems".Use literature research method to do the job of data the collection,use interview method to deeply understand the current situation of the company and find the existing problems of the company,use comparative analysis method to compare conpany’s product and other companies’ produc,use questionnaire method to build some matrixs.The research use PEST tools to make a general analysis of the external macro environment,and internal resource environment of the company are analyzed and evaluated in detail with porter’s five Forces model,and qualitative analysis of the company’s competitive advantages and appropriate strategic policy with SWOT analysis.Build Internal Factor Evaluation Matrixo and External Factor Evaluation Matrix to do the evaluate for the company,and in combination with Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix to analysis that defferentiation strategy is more suitable for the developement of company.According to the enterprise’s own advantages and disadvantages and external environment analysis,the researches shows that the company should exploit the advantages to the full firstly,by feat of powerful support for scientific and technological innovation to improve effort of achieveents transformation to carry out the product differentiation.Secondly,the company should solve the practial probles of farmer,to carry out service differentiation.Company can use these two competitive advantages to attract custome group.Finally,based on actual implementation plan of differentiation stretagy.In the process of the development of company,need safeguard the safety、high-efficiency of production line,continue to strengthen talent introduction,establish a good corporate social effect,and make contingency plans for enterprise risks.Strive to be a real national animal epidemic prevention and control of practical significance of the enterprise.
