In recent years,the state’s requirements for safety risk management and safety production informatization have been improved.The workload of HSE risk management of oil and gas field surface construction projects has increased.The amount of data in HSE risk management list is large,and there are many tedious and repetitive work in the work.It is easy to have operational errors and is inconvenient to use in the actual project management process.In this paper,the experience summary method,descriptive research method,exploratory research method and other research methods are combined.Taking h gas field adjustment project as a practical case,the whole process and steps of HSE risk management of gathering and distribution station single well pipeline project are expounded.The HSE risk identification of each process of gathering and distribution station single well pipeline project is carried out by using JSA method,and the identified HSE risk matrix method is used to identify the HSE risk A list of risk control measures is established to evaluate the risk of the pipeline system.This paper describes the application of HSE risk management in oil and gas field surface construction projects,and studies the construction of HSE risk management information platform.Through the research,it is determined that the information platform of HSE risk management needs to establish 8 databases,including matrix template,risk category database,accident and event database,operation procedures database,rules and regulations database,standard process library,special risk control measures database,risk prevention and control plan database and emergency plan database.According to the four steps of risk analysis,the internal logic of the information platform is established and the management closed loop is formed.In the whole process of project management,the flexible data export form can be used to call out the HSE risk management table according to the HSE risk management requirements of each stage of the project,so as to provide data support for the project site risk classification prevention and control.Taking the HSE risk matrix evaluation method as the core,the HSE risk management information platform of the project is established.The efficiency and accuracy of the information platform are used to reduce the deviation of the results of HSE risk assessment due to manual error rate.The informatization platform is used to reduce the manual repeated workload and improve the efficiency of project HSE risk management.
