| With the continuous promotion of the toilet revolution,the popularization rate of harmless sanitary toilets in rural areas has increased.During the revolutionary process,a series of problems have gradually emerged,such as unreasonable location,inconvenience in fecal sewage treatment and maintenance,and small water output.Building a toilet that is comfortable,convenient,and truly satisfactory to the public has become an important goal of the toilet revolution in the new era.Therefore,how to build and upgrade toilets in the future has become an important research topic of academic concern.The research purpose of this article is to provide logical support for the research topic through theoretical analysis of toilet renovation,and enrich the evaluation theory of toilet renovation.Based on the policy documents on rural toilet renovation and the practical situation of toilet renovation in Wuhu City,an evaluation index system for toilet renovation satisfaction is constructed,and an empirical analysis is made of the satisfaction level and influencing factors of rural toilet renovation in Wuhu City,Anhui Province.Strategies for improving toilet renovation satisfaction are proposed to provide practical guidance for the subsequent improvement of toilet construction and long-term management.This article mainly focuses on the following aspects: 1.Using the method of literature analysis,systematically summarize the research status of the toilet revolution,define concepts such as the toilet revolution and harmless sanitary toilets,elaborate on the theoretical basis involved in toilet reform,and clarify the status of rural toilet reform.2.Construct an indicator system suitable for the evaluation of satisfaction with rural toilet renovation in Wuhu City,design a questionnaire,and conduct field research to collect data.3.Using the factor analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the satisfaction level of rural toilet renovation in Wuhu City,and selecting the binary logistic model to further analyze its influencing factors,the following conclusions are drawn: The comprehensive satisfaction level of rural toilet renovation in Wuhu City is not high,decreasing in order of distance from the county center,and ranking in descending order is urban village>suburban rural>suburban rural>remote rural;The two factors of late management and protection,manure treatment,have a significant positive impact on household satisfaction with toilet renovation,while the cost expenditure factor and education years have a significant negative impact on it,which should be focused on.Based on the empirical analysis results,corresponding strategies are proposed for the renovation and upgrading of rural toilets in Wuhu City to effectively improve farmers’ satisfaction.The main contents include: strengthening engineering supervision and ensuring the quality of toilets;Improve the management system and follow up the later management and protection;Introducing market mechanisms to reduce costs;Explore intelligent platforms and services for long-term management and protection. |
