Evaluation On The Implementation Effect Of Rural “Dry Toilet Renovation” In H Town Of Weifang City

Rural “dry toilet renovation” is an urgent need to improve the rural living environment,implement a rural revitalization strategy,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.It is an significant assignment to improve the living quality of rural people,improve the level of rural civilization,and improve the health of the people,and it is also an important measure to implement supply-side structural reforms,cultivate new momentum for agricultural and rural development,and promote economic development.In recent years,from the Party Central Committee to the grassroots government,a series of preferential policies implemented to benefit the people have been introduced to the rural “dry toilet renovation”,which has taken a large number of pragmatic management initiatives,and strive to put this people’s livelihood.After hard work,the rural “dry toilet renovation” in various places have achieved certain results,but there are still many problems during or after implementation.Therefore,focused on the research objects,this paper found and analyzed problems in further investigation,carried out targeted management solutions based on the results,and provided scientific guidance and references for continuous promotion and improvement of rural “dry toilet renovation”.This article takes the implementation effect of the “dry toilet renovation” in the rural area of H Town,Weifang City as the object of study.Started with the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and the related theoretic basis of this research,combined with the study of the rural “dry toilet renovation” in H Town,Weifang City,this paper designed the evaluation index system of the implementation effect of the rural “dry toilet renovation”according to the government policies and literature analysis.It used hierarchical analysis to determine the weight of the indicator.And then,it designed questionnaire surveys and interviewed surveys based on the evaluation index system,collected and sorted data,discussed the statistical results,used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate,and summarized and analyzed the problems existing in the implementation of the rural “dry toilet renovation” and the factors that affect the implementation effect.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation effect of rural “dry toilet renovation” were proposed.This article further enriched the research content of rural “dry toilet renovation” in H Town,Weifang City,and also promoted the experience of rural “dry toilet renovation” in other regions.
