With the rapid development of China’s economy,traditional cast-in-place buildings will generate a large amount of carbon emissions during the construction process,Prefabricated building can effectively reduce carbon emissions at all stages,reducing carbon emissions and improving the environment has become the focus of contemporary attention.For the construction industry,prefabricated building have good carbon reduction benefits.Its unique construction method can effectively reduce carbon emissions during the construction and use processes.Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated building not only have better carbon reduction effect,but also have better economic,social and environmental benefits.In order to make the public more intuitive about the incremental benefits of prefabricated building,this paper takes a prefabricated building as an example to analyze and calculate the incremental benefits of prefabricated building compared with cast-in-place buildings.This paper first summarizes the research status of prefabricated building,then describes the relevant theories according to the research focus of this paper,and summarizes the research content and methods.Then the carbon emission calculation model of prefabricated building is constructed.Secondly,from the four aspects of carbon emission benefits,social benefits,economic benefits and environmental benefits,build an incremental benefit model of the whole life cycle of prefabricated building.Finally,analyze specific cases to verify the rationality of the model and conduct a specific analysis of the project.The analysis results show that prefabricated building have better carbon reduction effect than cast-in-place buildings.Through specific calculation of the project,the carbon emission benefit of prefabricated building is 100.68 yuan/m~2,greatly increasing the carbon reduction benefit.Can effectively respond to the"dual carbon"goals proposed by the country.Prefabricated building not only increase carbon reductio benefits,but also increase their economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits to a certain extent.The specific values are 233.9 yuan/m~2for economic benefits,52.98 yuan/m~2for environmental benefits,and 107.36yuan/m~2for social benefits.
