| At present, global warming is still continuing, and the occurrence of meteorological disasters caused by the greenhouse effect and the deterioration of the marine environment are becoming more and more serious. These bad phenomena have caused countries around the world to pay attention to greenhouse gas emissions. The People’s Republic of China proactively made carbon emission reduction commitments in the Paris Climate Change Agreement, and the domestic focus on carbon reduction and energy conservation is getting higher and higher. The construction industry is not only one of the main sources of greenhouse gas emissions, but also one of the three major energy-consuming industries in the society. Therefore,“greening” the construction industry can effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In the whole life cycle of construction project, the construction phase consumes a lot of resources and energy in a short period of time, and the carbon dioxide emission rate and emissions increase sharply. Therefore,it is very important to study the green construction to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide emissions during the construction phase. In order to explore the carbon emission reduction capacity of green construction and encourage construction companies to pay attention to green construction,This paper sets the national construction industry carbon trading market to be fully opened, and studies the incremental cost and benefits of green construction from the perspective of carbon emission reduction. In this paper, the carbon emission accounting system in the construction stage is studied. The carbon emission factor method is used to calculate the carbon emissions of the construction, and the boundary of carbon emissions, carbon emission sources and carbon emission factors are determined. This paper analyzes the various green construction measures in the green construction evaluation standard, explores the carbon emission reduction measures for green construction and the carbon emission reduction path for green construction according to the delineation of construction carbon emission sources, and uses the contrast method to green construction measures and traditional construction. The measures are compared. In this way, incremental cost measures and incremental benefit measures are obtained, and then the incremental cost of green construction, carbon emission reduction effect and incremental benefit are analyzed separately. Finally, the cost and benefit analysis method is used to evaluate the cost and benefit of green construction of construction projects.Construction companies are often driven by “interests”.They care about immediate interests. In the decision-making process, they tend to pay attention to the initial investment in green construction, ignoring their energy conservation, green materials and instrumental facilities.Long-term benefits brought about during the construction phase. This paper not only enriches the incremental benefits of green construction, but also provides a carbon emission reduction calculation method for green construction. It helps construction companies, society and governments to understand the carbon emission reduction effect of green construction. It helps to force the government and industry leaders to pay attention to the carbon emissions of the construction industry and accelerate the opening of the construction industry carbon emission market. This paper analyzes the incremental cost and incremental benefits of green construction through green construction measures, and provides the construction company with an intuitive way to evaluate the feasibility of green construction schemes,so as to improve the enthusiasm of construction enterprises to participate in green construction. It has important theoretical significance and practical value. |
