With the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization process is rapidly advancing,and various types of residences,office buildings and commercial bodies are blossoming everywhere.China’s architectural glass deep processing industry has entered a period of rapid development with the rapid growth of market demand.After more than 40 years of rapid development,China’s architectural glass deep processing industry has been quite mature,especially since 2008,with the maturity of glass processing technology and the national investment of 4 trillion to encourage infrastructure,large and small glass deep processing enterprises quickly put in and develop.Architectural glass deep-processing industry market competition is fierce,the product homogeneity serious,enterprises in order to be able to survive in the competition in the market,to provide better delivery service competition has become the main battlefield,the date of delivery,the most important of customer care competition between enterprises from the original cost,quality for the competition of the time.In view of this,it is of great significance to study how to shorten the delivery time of building glass deep processing enterprises.This paper takes RLH Company as the research object and analyzes each step of the order execution process of RLH company through practical experience.It finds that the two key factors that affect the delivery time of RLH company are material organization and order production,and puts forward that the reason for the long time of material organization is that procurement and inventory management are not in place.The reason why the order production time is too long is that the proportion of order delivery is not reasonable and the deep processing process is not reasonable,which leads to the process capacity imbalance.In view of these two influencing factors,combined with RLH company’s raw material usage habits,RLH company’s inventory optimization and the establishment of raw material safety stock,combined with the company’s production process capacity to optimize the production plan,clear the delivery ratio of each type of orders.The delivery time of RLH company after taking relevant improvement measures is predicted.By comparison,it can be seen that the above improvement measures are effective.When the technological process is more reasonable,the delivery time of RLH company can be shortened from 17.8 days to 10.34 days.Finally,specific guarantee measures for delivery time improvement are put forward to ensure that the delivery time improvement strategy of RLH company can be implemented smoothly.Through setting up safety stock of raw material inventory,and carries on the scientific management and meet the requirements for the capacity of the production plan,can help building glass deep processing enterprises to shorten the delivery time,in this paper,the RLH order delivery time improvement strategy is proposed,is advantageous to the enterprise improve customer service quality,increase market competitiveness,boost the continuously benign development of the enterprise.
