Research On Optimization Inventory Management Of YL Chemical Energy Production Company

The enterprise of Chemical energy is the core part of the production organization and management,and inventory management is very important in production organization and management and capital management.YL company is a domestic large-scale chemical energy production enterprise,although belongs to the advanced technology enterprises,but still in use in inventory management with some stale and backward method of inventory management,inventory management did not reflect the whole idea of supply chain management,inventory backlog in the company in critical condition,and the waste of resources has already affected the normal operation of the enterprise.This paper studies and analyzes the problems of high inventory cost and low management efficiency in most chemical energy production enterprises.Firstly,the paper describes the development and changes of inventory management theory,focusing on four classical theories and models,such as ABC taxonomies of inventory management,Economic order quantities,zero inventory management and factor control analysis.Then,the core inventory indicators of YL company are analyzed by descriptive statistics.It is found that some problems in the inventory and management of YL company are caused by both internal and external factors.Finally,the paper optimizes the inventory management of YL company from the aspects of core index correlation analysis?ABC taxonomy of materials?EOQ and its evolution mode?ERP management system?supply chain and other management according to the literature review and theoretical analysis.Grey correlation degree analysis is innovated to solve the problem of insufficient data in traditional regression analysis in the analysis of correlation.Grey correlation analysis shows that YL company has the highest dependence on the supply of suppliers,so as the reference core take the supply proportion of suppliers to the ABC taxonomy of inventory products.At the same time,the optimization of inventory management is a systematic project.The theoretical and empirical analysis results suggest that the comprehensively optimize inventory management of YL company should from the aspects of Finance(profit or cost),model,management system,internal control,system,etc.
