In recent years,China Tobacco S Co.,Ltd.has clearly proposed that raw material storage should realize the transformation from "quantity storage type" to "quality maintenance type",which has defined the direction for raw material storage.Because the application of resource allocation,management methods and means of tobacco raw material inventory management lags far behind cigarette production management.At present,there are still many problems in the inventory management of China Tobacco S Co.,Ltd..How to improve the status quo of raw material inventory management is a major issue faced by China Tobacco S Co.,Ltd.In this paper,China Tobacco S Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object.Through the diagnosis and analysis of raw material warehouse location allocation,raw material storage capacity utilization,raw material storage and product production process,raw material storage informationize,raw material internal logistics allocation,the following problems are found.The first is the unreasonable allocation of warehouse location,which leads to the low efficiency of tobacco in and out of warehouse,the difficulty of tobacco quality maintenance in warehouse,and the difficulty of tobacco inventory;The second is the utilization rate of storage capacity is low,the degree of specialization of warehouse construction is insufficient,the utilization rate of space in the warehouse is low,and the importance of raw material storage is not enough;the third is the unscientific production process,unclear personnel responsibilities,cumbersome work flow,and low production efficiency The fourth is the lack of warehousing information means,the accuracy of raw material warehousing information is difficult to guarantee,the fragmentation of raw material information needs to be integrated,and it is difficult to collect raw material warehousing information efficiently and accurately;the fifth is the disorder of internal logistics network,frequent raw material allocation,limited warehouse capacity resource allocation efficiency,raw material transportation planning and scheduling to be improved,and insufficient control of raw materials in transit.Therefore,through the collection of relevant information,on-the-spot investigation,and with the help of EIQ analysis,ABC classification,volume order index analysis,ECRs analysis and other inventory management tools,I adjust and optimize the above problems.Through the above analysis and research,the improvement scheme of warehouse location allocation,the improvement scheme of storage capacity utilization,the optimization scheme of warehousing operation process,the information introduction scheme of warehousing process and the optimization scheme of raw material internal logistics distribution adjustment are obtained.Through the implementation of the above scheme,the management level of China Tobacco S Co.,Ltd raw material inventory has been improved,which improves the competitiveness of enterprises,reduces the operating cost and promotes the sustainable development of enterprises.In addition,the research of this topic has a certain reference function for other enterprises' tobacco storage management.
