Research On TZCO Company Inventory Management Optimization

The trend of economic globalization is irresistible.The relationship between supply and demand in the market is getting increasingly closer.When the position of steel,coal and nonferrous metal in the world economy gradually increase,the development of the world economy depends on viscosity increase steadily,coupled with the more and more important impact of mining market on wear-resistant parts foundry industry,which not only makes the casting industry find out the technical innovation and process innovation road,also needs efficient management to be realized in the enterprise management,and only such action can guarantee the foundry enterprises can have strong competitive power in the market,maintain and continue to expand the market position.In this paper the research subject is TZCO,a wear-resistant parts foundry enterprise and the research starts with its problem of inventory management.This paper studies the problems from multiple perspectives,discovers the root of the problem and proposes specific solutions,TZCO has a history of decades and shows obvious operation features of a traditional large state-owned enterprise,low efficiency,obstacles to rapid development,weak market competitiveness and especially poor inventory management business.Today exerts higher requirements on each industry and the technologies in the foundry industry need to keep up with the current demands,which highlights the importance of internal management of an enterprise.When faced with characteristic and diversified customer demands,only overall,fast and efficient measurements can make the enterprise acceptable and popular among customers.After field investigation,the paper finds that TZCO fails to effectively match the demands of production,procurement and customers in inventory,supply chain,safety inventory and other business sectors,resulting in serious shortage of products of tight supply,increasingly inventory capacity and delayed supply circle.Focusing on the current situation of TZCO foundry enterprise,this paper optimizes and updates its inventory management sector and consequently eases the tightness of delivery,production and inventory,lift customers' satisfaction,realizes and converses the inventory more efficiently and ultimately maximizes the economic benefit.In addition,based on the features of foundry industry and wear-resistant parts,integrating product ABC taxonomy management,economical order methods,inventory strategy optimization and adoption of VMI effectively boosts balance development of information in all procedures,efficient operation of supply chain management and realization and conversion of inventory and ultimately improves inventory level and service level,downsizes inventory scale and enhances market competitiveness of the enterprise as well as guaranteeing production quality and quantity.
