With the improvement of people’s living standard,the transformation of life style and the development of social science and technology,the culture of"national fitness"and"national sports"has been spread and accepted in the hearts of the general public,and functional sports clothing has gradually spread in the general population.According to relevant investigations and studies,tights play an important role in People’s Daily life,and tights with certain functionality can replace high-performance running pants and meet the running needs of the general population.Based on human movement law of surface deformation,this paper refers to design of running pants product of SKINS,the CW,2xu,Anta,and many other high low-grade professional well-known brands and independent research,combining difference between muscles that could perceive the effect of clothing pressure and those that could not,and make tight trousers basic model pattern.The virtual pressure was used to measure the pressure distribution of the running pants in each movement state.According to the pressure distribution and the virtual fitting effect,the basic pattern of running pants with tight function was optimized,its certain functionality was finally obtained.The ideas and conclusions of this paper are the reference for the structural design and research of functional trousers,and some research methods can provide methods for relevant research and market-related production guidance.The research highlights are as follows:(1)In the development of tight-fitting clothing,the structure and style design of clothing should conform to the physiological characteristics of human body,so the law of skin deformation during running should be paid attention to.To explore the relationship among women lower limbs muscle,skin deformation and movement functionality of clothing in running,we analyzed active fiber-force of lower limb muscles in a cycle running in biomechanical simulation system,and choosed muscles of human lower limbs whose mean value of active fiber-force were prominent,and peaks of them appeared at the same time when key action occurred.Then scanned the lower limb skin of the keyframe action by using a handheld scanner.And analyzed difference of skin deformation data of lower limbs of different running action,comparing expansion of subdivision surface of dynamic and static model,by considering skin surface deformation of left and right sides of body.The rule of running body surface is finally get.It is found that skin changes of the back of body from hip circumference to middle leg circumference and that of the front of body from hip circumference to thigh circumference are most obvious,and area near knee joint is secondary obvious,while other areas is less.(2)In this paper,we make a comparative analysis of the style features and corresponding functions of several running pants of well-known low,middle and high-end sports brands on the market and independently developed running pants,and refer to their dividing line Settings.At the same time,i EMGFTdifference and soft tissue vibration peak acceleration difference data before and after protection under different tightness combinations were used to comprehensively analyze and judge which muscles had significantly improved overall comprehensive motion effect under different pressures.Thus,the corresponding regions of the muscles that can obviously sense the effect of clothing pressure can be distinguished from those that can’t.Then molding line and final style design drawing is designed.(3)After plate-making according to Style and the rule of change of body surface,the virtual pressure simulation technology of CLO 3D is used to try on the virtual clothing stitched by the source version under the action of standing and three key frames to obtain the pressure value rule of each pressure measuring point.According to the law of pressure value,the pattern is adjusted in each state of action,try focusing on pressure increase,constantly adjust version to each part of the human body in the condition of each action in the pressure value to set threshold range.The optimized running pants has some pressure comfort.
