Under the big environment of advocating a "healthy,green" lifestyle,various cycling events are taking place around the world and fitness is growing,and the number of riders is increasing rapidly.Cycling has become a high-frequency sport next to running.Cycling is a sport in which people and bicycles work together.The cycling environment is complex and changeable.So cycling pants are one of the main equipments for cycling,which not only makes cycling more professional but also has better protection for riders.Comfort and functionality are important indicators for consumers to buy cycling pants.Pressure comfort is one of the important components of comfort.Garment pressure is closely related to sports muscle fatigue.The subject is based on the common cycling pants styles in the market,uses the same fabric to sequentially make four different standard sizes of the same type of pants to express different degrees of tightness.Based on the analysis of human skin deformation under the cycling pants market research and riding sports,the paper studies the impact of the pressure of riding pants on muscle fatigue and optimization design and evaluation,which provides reference and basis for the design and development of sportswear products.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of consumer demand for the current situation of riding pants,it provides data support and realistic basis for the development of the later study of paper.The paper used the OptiTrack motion capture system to get position change of the human marker point and track of motion in the cycling movement,and analyzed qualitatively the dynamic change of the human body.And then further studied the regularities of leg skin deformation by doing lineation-on-body experiment.In order to study the effect of clothing pressure on the muscle fatigue caused by cycling pants during cycling,selected some people who is under 175/78 A body type cycling enthusiasts as experimental subjects.The subjects wore four different size of cycling pants,by the garment pressure test system and the full wireless surface electromyography test system respectively obtained clothing pressure value and the surface electromyogram signal of each test part of the tight-fitting cycling pants during cycling,and record the heart rate value and the subjective fatigue RPE value at each moment.And subjective evaluation of the comfort of each cycling pants,the subjective RPE value and the objective indicators RMS,MF correlation analysis,clothing pressure and myoelectric indicators for variance analysis.Finally,based on the research and analysis and experimental results,the optimal design and verification of the cycling pants.The research of this paper shows that:(1)the part that is easy to sweat is followed by crotch> inner thigh> back waist> front waist abdomen> hip> knee nest> outer thigh> thigh side > the front side of the thigh,the part that is prone to fatigue or soreness is followed by calf>lap>leg front>thigh root>hip>inner thigh>waist abdomen>outside thigh>back thigh>front of thigh;(2)during the cycling,the fluctuation of the markers and body size in the waist and above was slight change,the change fluctuation of the lower was larger than above the waist,the change of the vertical direction was greater than that in the horizontal direction;what's more,the leg changes are complex,different in the changes on different regions during cycling.In the width,the change rate of the knee circumference is about 15%,the rate of change of the thigh width is 2% to 5%,and the change range of the size below the knee circumference is small;the front of the knee is stretched and the back is contracted.In the structural design,it can be adjusted at the knee part or set the dividing line to adjust the looseness;in the length,the variation of the longitudinal line segment is generally negative,and the absolute value of the maximum change rate is about 60%;(3)index RMS of time domain and index MF of frequency domain have a certain correlation with subjective fatigue,and the correlation between the two indicators is different;RMS and MF can be used as important points in the evaluation of muscle fatigue from the perspective of biomechanics.There is no significant correlation between heart rate and cycling pants pressure,and the correlation with exercise load is highly obvious;high garment pressure can reduce muscle energy loss,and has a certain relief effect on muscle fatigue,especially in the middle and late stages of cycling.There is a difference in the effect of clothing pressure on different parts of the muscles,and the muscles on the lateral and medial thighs are more obvious,and have no significant effect on the gluteus maximus;(4)The optimally designed cycling pants have better comfort and can effectively reduce muscles fatigue.This provides reference and basis for design improvement of tight-fitting sportswear.
