The Study On Generating And Proving Of Intelligent Pants Pattern For East China Domain Youth

As the improvement of clothing structure and improvement from consumers, highquality and personalized clothing consumption prompted the made-to-measure clothingindustrialization development. Garment industry is continuously improved to meet theconsumer demand.The first chapter is introduction, which introduces the significance and status quo ofstudy on the human body-clothing, and researches the necessity of intelligent principle.The second chapter firstly introduces the design and optimization of the bodymeasurement program for the East China domain youth, the research used the portableautomatic measuring equipment on the basis of the original human manual measuringscheme; secondly studies the body size’s influence on pants pattern based on the EastChina domain youth, analyzing the relations between human lower body and trousers, andthe impact on pants pattern of human body parameters; thirdly grasps the East Chinayouth’s body characteristics based on the sample statistic, then conducts the correlationanalysis and regression analysis of the trousers’ control parts, ruling out repetitive controlparts, calculating the regression equation between the high correlation, laying the root forpants control point models.The third chapter studies the automatic generation principle of the pants patterns,analyzes the Bezier curve fitting theory for the patterns, and establishes the pants model onthe basis of control point coordinate system.The fourth chapter analyzes the availability of the automatically generated pantspatterns from two aspects of theory analysis and the virtual fitting effect. The theoreticalanalysis part includes three aspects, such as if can be stitched, pants pattern style, thefitting of the crotch; the virtual fitting part adopts AGMS3D runway software, generatingthe special virtual human body model, importing the new generation of2D pants pattern.After simulation stitching, we can get the system evaluation through the perspective system and the tighten system.
