Test And Evaluation Of The Pressure Comfort Of Skin-tight Pants

With the improvement of people's living standard,the concept of comfort in wearing is gradually taken root in people's hearts.In this paper,the informal tight pants are the research object.Five elastic knitted fabrics are selected as the experimental materials,and10 pairs of tights?same style,but different in fabrics and commodious quantity?are made as the experimental sample garments.From the perspective of objective and subjective factors,such as fabric tensile properties,clothing commodious quantity,human leg postures.The objective pressure value and subjective pressure scores are tested respectively,and then the relationships between subjective factors,objective factors and clothing pressure are explored,and finally a comprehensive evaluation of the pressure comfort of tight pants is made.The research contents and results are as follows.?1?The questionnaire survey on the usage of tight pants.Consumer behaviors,aesthetic habits,wearing comfort of tight pants are the questionnaire design factors,and the combination of network questionnaire and field questionnaire is the survey methods.We draw some conclusions through the questionnaire survey and SPSS frequency analysis that:Tight pants are fairly in line with the aesthetic habits of contemporary women,and cloting fitness and aesthetics are the main reasons for their purchasing behaviors.Moreover,the vast majority of women will choose to buy tight pants,but per capita purchase quantity is very limited,and most women are not satisfied with the comfort of tights,especially the pressure comfort.?2?The objective test and evaluation of the pressure comfort of skin-tight pants.The objective pressure values of sample garments are measured by the pressure testing instrument.Through comparative analysis,we conclude that the objective pressure values of the 5 pairs of tights different in fabrics are arranged from large to small:05#cotton/nylon/spandex blended tights,04#cotton/polyester/spandex blended tights,02#nylon/spandexblendedtights,03#viscose/nylon/spandexblendedtights,01#viscose/spandex blended tights.There is a positive correlation between fabric drawing force at specified elongation and the objective pressure value of tights,and the regression equation is obtained by SPSS regression analysis:y=0.08x+1.114;The objective pressure values of 5 pairs of tight pants different in commodious quantity are arranged from large to small:25%?20%?15%?10%?5%.There is a positive correlation between clothing commodious quantity and the objective pressure value of tights,and the regression equation is:y=3.3|x|+0.979;The objective pressure values at 5 different human joint angles are arranged from large to small:120°,90°,60°,30°,0°.There is a positive correlation between knee flexion angle,hip flexion angle and the objective pressure value of tights,and the regression equations are:y₁=0.055x+1.286,y₂=0.019x+1.210.?3?The subjectivetest and evaluation of the pressure comfort of skin-tight pants.The subjective score of 5 tights are obtained through a questionnaire survey.It conclude through SPSS correlation analysis that the general pressure comfort is significantly correlated with binding feeling,compressive feeling,sportive feeling,scratchiness,softness,but the correlation between the general pressure comfort and smoothness,weight feeling is not significant.Finally,through grey clustering analysis on subjective pressure comfort with MATLAB.We arrive at the conclusion that 01#viscose/spandex blended tights and 03#viscose/nylon/spandex blended tights belong to the first grey clustering?good evaluation?;02#nylon/spandex blended tights belongs to the second grey clustering?mediumevaluation?;04#cotton/polyester/spandexblendedtightsand05#cotton/nylon/spandex blended tights belong to the third grey clustering?poor evaluation?.?4?The subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation of the pressure comfort of skin-tight pants.Through SPSS correlation analysis,we come to a conclusion that the correlation coefficient between subjective and objective pressure values is 0.947,which shows that there is a close relationship and good consistency between them.Finally,it summarizes by combining objectivepressure comfort and subjective pressure comfort that the overall pressure comfort of the 5 tight pants different in fabrics are arranged from superior to inferior:01#viscose/spandex blended tights,03#viscose/nylon/spandex blended tights,02#nylon/spandex blended tights,04#cotton/polyester/spandex blended tights,05#cotton/nylon/spandex blended tights.
