Study On Development Strategy Of HL Environmental Protection Company

In the 21 st century,with the rapid growth of market economy,the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization,the economic development mode of over-reliance on natural resources has made environmental problems increasingly prominent.At the same time,due to the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection in China,the government departments have continuously increased the intensity of environmental protection management and promoted the healthy development of environmental protection enterprises.The prevention and control of air,water and soil pollution in China has been included in the national environmental protection plan,and the construction of China’s environmental protection industry is also encountering an unprecedented opportunity for development.The environmental protection industry has gradually become a hot topic and phenomenon of common concern to the industry and the whole society.How to seize the future development opportunities,actively face new challenges,and find room for survival and development has become a major issue faced by environmental protection enterprises in China.This thesis takes the development strategy of HL Environmental Protection Company as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes and comments on its development strategy,strategic management,environmental protection business and environmental protection technology,which lays the foundation and basis for the follow-up research of the article.Then,the development status of HL environmental protection company was investigated in depth,and the macro-economic development environment of the company was analyzed in detail by using PEST data analysis model,and the industrial development environment of the company was analyzed in detail by using Porter’s five-force analysis model,and the strengths,weaknesses,development opportunities and challenges of HL company were found by using SWOT data analysis tools.Finally,after comprehensive analysis,it is suggested that HL enterprises should adopt diversified development strategy first to achieve enterprise management goals.This thesis tries to help HL company determine the strategy suitable for its own growth,and points out that HL company must pay attention to its own development advantages,make up its own shortcomings and deficiencies by constantly integrating its existing resource advantages,and also increase investment to expand new market areas,so as to further improve its own management ability and promote its stable and healthy development.Similarly,we propose that enterprises can ensure the realization of HL’s strategic objectives through comprehensive ecological management business development,high-end smart environmental protection business development,highend environmental protection equipment manufacturing business development,and expanding overseas industrial layout business.Finally,we put forward safeguard measures and suggestions to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s development strategy.The research in this thesis will not only help HL Environmental Protection Company to improve its benchmark position in the industry and its sustainable business development,but also help other environmental protection companies to provide reference when formulating their development strategies,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.
