| The poverty of water resources has become a worldwide problem,and the pollution of water resources intensifies this situation and directly threatens human survival and health.As a water poor country,in the process of extensive industrial development in recent 40 years,the destruction of water resources has led to the frequent occurrence of catastrophic water use events.The water pollution prevention and control legal system with the "Ten Water Articles"as the core has been fully completed and continuously improved.With the proposal of the"double carbon" goal,the national determination to prevent and control pollution has been raised to an unprecedented level.With broad market prospects and favorable policies,as a small and medium-sized enterprise in the water treatment industry,how to formulate a long-term sustainable development strategy and catch market opportunities is very important for enterprise,especially in the long-term development.SK environmental protection company is an environmental protection company integrating scientific research,design,manufacturing and engineering in Jinan,Shandong Province,with scientific and technological innovation as the driving force.Since 2016,the company has focused on the treatment of high concentration sewage and wastewater.At present,it mainly focuses on the treatment of landfill leachate and industrial wastewater.In 2020,the operating revenue reached 169 million.Its customers include environmental protection engineers,municipal units and industrial enterprises.Taking SK environmental protection company as the research object,this paper first analyzes the existing circumstances that water is polluted in the world and at home and the severe test faced by human survival,and then builds the writing framework of this paper on the basis of strategic management theory and the analysis of relevant frontier literature in the industry.Through the strategic management analysis tool PEST model and the five forces model,the external environment faced by SK environmental protection company was analyzed,and it was found that the company faced development opportunities such as further tightening of environmental protection policies,huge market potential,technological progress,industry restructuring,insufficient innovation ability of key equipment,and other development opportunities.Threats such as increased operating costs;through the analysis of internal resources,capabilities and other environments,it is concluded that the company has advantages in finance,production capacity,product quality,etc.,while facing disadvantages such as weak management capabilities,R&D capabilities,and weak sales capabilities.Take the internal and external environment’ analysis as a base,the SWOT model is used to formulate the development strategy options for the company to choose,and the QSPM matrix is used to determine the company’s growth development strategy.This paper proposes four strategic measures that the company should take to achieve its strategic goals:first,increase investment in R&D and build multiple innovation systems;second,optimize product structure and expand the scope of application scenarios;third,strengthen marketing capabilities and build an operational network system;Fourth,build a smart supply chain system to improve the efficiency of operation and management.At the same time,corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to further promote the construction of corporate culture,strengthen human resource management capabilities,improve the management level of the management team,and build and improve an information platform which can be shared. |
