Natural gas,as a clean energy source among fossil fuels,is the best alternative to other fossil fuels in the process of promoting the goal of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral".The consumption market of natural gas will usher in a new golden development period under the "double carbon background",indicating that the construction of natural gas pipelines also needs to go hand in hand.New opportunities bring new challenges.The vigorous development of natural gas pipeline construction industry also brings increasingly fierce market competition for pipeline design enterprises.In the fierce market competition,quality level is an effective way for enterprises to compete for the market.Therefore,it has important practical significance to study the quality management activities of pipeline design enterprises,improve the quality management level of design enterprises,provide customers with better design results,and add value to pipeline engineering construction,for promoting the development of China’s pipeline construction industry.This thesis takes the CNPC Pipeline Design Institute Shanghai Branch as the research object,uses the theory of total quality management and quality management system,and adopts the methods of literature research,thematic research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to study its quality management activities.First of all,combined with the status quo of quality management of the research object,sampling survey,statistical analysis and permutation chart are used to insight into the quality management problems of the research object,and through the analysis of influencing factors of quality management combined with questionnaire.It is clear that the main reasons for the quality management problems of the research object are imperfect data management,inadequate quality control,and lack of pertinence and continuity of quality improvement.Then,in view of the quality management problems and causes of the research object,a specific quality management improvement plan is proposed in three aspects: data management,quality control and quality improvement,and the guarantee measures of organization,resources,system and culture are matched to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan.The quality upper limit of pipeline engineering construction is determined by the design document,so pipeline engineering design is a very important link to control the quality of pipeline engineering construction.In view of the quality management activities of the object of study,this paper puts forward effective quality management improvement schemes to help improve the quality management level of the object of study,so as to further promote the quality management improvement of each participating party of pipeline engineering construction.The results are helpful to promote the healthy development of pipeline construction in China,and also provide certain reference value for other stakeholders of engineering construction industry.
