| In the process of enterprise development,if the efficiency and science of operation management can be guaranteed,good results can be produced to enhance the efficiency of operation management.From the chemical industry in our country’s development situation,the accounting for relatively high is coal chemical industry enterprises,in the process of building the environmental protection state shouldering the important responsibility,in energy saving and emission reduction,and constantly improving the efficiency of energy utilization.Therefore,enterprises should continue to improve the level of production and operation management,to reduce costs and improve the purpose of energy efficiency.This paper takes G Chemical Company as the research object.G Chemical Company has made efforts to promote internal market-oriented transformation and development in the process of in-depth reform,and is under great competitive pressure.Problems in production and operation management have gradually surfaced and become fetters on the road of reform.This paper extracts five key problems from the production and operation of the company and carries out a detailed analysis,aiming to help the company solve the production and operation management problems in a short period of time.First of all,after clarifying the research focus,the theories and research methods related to production and operation management are sorted out.On the basis of understanding the general situation of G Chemical Company,the development of production and operation management of G Chemical Company is introduced and analyzed,the identified problems are sorted out,and five points with deep influence are extracted:High failure rate of equipment management,high pressure of environmental protection,high violation rate of first-line shift staff,high non-productive cost,and insufficient personnel available for deployment to participate in production;Secondly,through the actual investigation and data analysis of G Chemical Company,combined with the production and operation management evaluation of G Chemical Company,the root causes of the deep-digging problem are as follows:inadequate daily maintenance of equipment,comprehensive treatment of ultra-low emission,backward shift operation mechanism,insufficient attention to non-productive costs,and inadequate personnel training and management system.Thirdly,combined with the current development situation of the company,the optimization plan for the above five key problems is proposed:equipment management plan,ultra-low emission management plan,operation system management mode,cost management plan,personnel training and scheduling management plan;Finally,in order to ensure that the proposed optimization scheme can produce good practical results,the guarantee suggestions are put forward from many aspects,including organizing staff training,expanding financing channels,perfecting the institutional guarantee of fine management system,improving the management of non-productive expenditure,strengthening the guidance of enterprise culture construction,etc.This paper aims to break through the bottleneck after analyzing the existing problems by understanding the current situation of production and operation management of G Chemical Company,in order to ensure the efficiency and science of production and operation management,and to make a modest contribution to the improvement of energy efficiency of the company and more enterprises. |
