Study On Optimization Of Safe Production Management Of Rural Enterprises In Ouhai District,wenzhou City

At present,China has embarked on a new journey to comprehensively build a modern socialist power.With the continuous development and progress of economic and social levels,rural enterprises are also flourishing,and have achieved remarkable achievements.With the rapid development of rural enterprises in China,while fully recognizing the important role that rural enterprises play in economic development,it is also necessary to soberly realize that rural enterprises are also a group with a high incidence of safety production accidents,and the safety production situation is not optimistic.There are problems such as lack of safety skills,low safety investment,low employee quality,and low safety management level.With the efforts of the government,rural enterprises have shown a good momentum of development,but regardless of the enterprise itself,the government,supervision,institutional mechanisms,and social participation,they are unable to adapt to the actual situation of safe production.This article focuses on the issues of safety production management in rural enterprises in Ouhai District,understands the basic situation of safety production management in rural enterprises in Ouhai District,summarizes the achievements of safety production management in rural enterprises in Ouhai District,and analyzes the existing problems and main reasons for safety management in rural enterprises.After sorting out and analyzing the survey results and data,it was found that the enterprise’s safety production foundation is weak,emergency management is poor,some enterprises resist safety production supervision,there are problems in the system and mechanism,and the public participation is insufficient.From multiple dimensions such as government,enterprise,and external perspectives,this paper proposes countermeasures from five aspects: enterprise main body,government leadership,department supervision,system mechanism,and social participation.That is,first,implement the main responsibility of safety production management in rural enterprises;Second,actively play the leading role of the government;Third,strengthen the functions of regulatory departments;Fourth,improve the safety production management system and mechanism of rural enterprises;Fifth,invest various social forces.
