The Research On Production And Operation Management Optimization Of Xiamen B Company

This thesis starts with the problems in the production and operation management of Xiamen B Company.Through the study of related problems and the in-depth analysis of the data,the order delivery delay rate,high production facility cost,and product quality in production and operation management are extracted.Issues such as prominent management and in-depth root cause analysis of the above issues including poor communication of information between departments,outdated production facilities and unreasonable layout,and outstanding problems in product quality process control capabilities.Next,the thesis proposes improvement plans,including solving the problem of inter-department communication by optimizing the company’s internal organizational structure and improving management skills;reducing production costs by improving the production process and facility layout;using data analysis and control the use of charts and quality management tools such as PDCA solve the outstanding problems of quality process control.Finally,an evaluation of the implementation effect of the optimization program was carried out,and it was concluded that the high efficiency of information communication is very effective for improving the order delay rate;the optimization of production processes and layout is an effective countermeasure for cost improvement;the use of quality management tools has a significant effect on quality control.The research results of the thesis can lay a solid foundation for the future development of Xiamen B in the high-temperature exhaust gas filtration industry,and also help the same type of manufacturing enterprises to promote the optimization of production operations and have a certain reference value and reference.
