In the process of marching towards the second centenary goal,China attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization,emphasizes the concept of "green waters and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains",gives priority to ecology,and pursues green and sustainable development while pursuing economic development.At present,the "1+N" policy system of carbon peak and carbon neutralization has been introduced to improve the management measures of ecological environment risk prevention and control,and pollution control.As an important part of promoting economic development,enterprises have been given more expectations and social responsibilities.Enterprises can improve their environmental performance by formulating a reasonable environmental management system or rules and regulations,but the effect is limited.It is particularly important to give full play to the initiative of employees.The attitude and behavior of employees will also be affected by the leadership style.The leader is the core figure of the enterprise and can influence the decision-making of the enterprise.The responsible leader takes into account the interests of internal and external stakeholders of the enterprise,has the sense of social responsibility,and has a positive role in promoting the stable and sustainable development of the society and the enterprise.Therefore,it is of practical significance and value to explore how responsible leadership affects employees’ green behavior.The work attitude of employees is affected by psychological factors.As a kind of psychological state of employees,environmental enthusiasm is included in the research scope in this study to analyze how it is affected by responsible leadership,and analyze its impact on employees’ green behavior through questionnaire survey and data analysis.Secondly,employees’ behavior will also be affected by the situation.The interaction between employees and organizations can change their performance in the workplace.Collectivism is introduced as a situational factor to explore its intermediary influence.This study takes enterprise employees as the object of investigation,and uses SPSS23.0 and AMOS26.0 to test the 287 sample data collected.We find that:(1)Responsible leadership has a positive role in promoting employees’ green behavior;(2)Environmental enthusiasm is an important intermediate variable between responsible leaders and employees’ green behavior,and plays a partial mediating role;(3)Collectivism plays a partial mediating role between responsible leadership and employees’ green behavior.According to the results of the study,this paper analyzes the performance of enterprises in environmental protection and puts forward corresponding suggestions for management.Finally,it reflects on the shortcomings of this research,and puts forward the thinking of future research direction based on previous research.
