The increasingly severe environmental situation has brought challenges to the world,and countries all over the world are committed to reducing carbon emissions to prevent the aggravation of environmental pollution.Environmental problems also gradually affect the economic interests of enterprises,forcing organizations to realize the importance of environmental management and commit to internal environmental reform.The most effective way of environmental management is to change individual environmental behavior pattern and promote the members to keep pro-environment behavior.There are many factors affecting employees’ pro-environment behaviors.How to motivate and maintain employees’ proactive pro-environment behaviors in the workplace is also an important idea for the success of organizational management practice.The formation of employees’ pro-environment behavior is not only influenced by a single factor,but also depends on the interaction between environment and individual factors.In an organization,leaders can influence employee behavior through behavioral delivery or value guidance.Environmentally-specific servant leadership combines the characteristics of service-oriented leadership and environmentally specific leadership.It is worth discussing whether it can influence the generation and development of proactive pro-environment behaviors of employees in an organization.Therefore,this study takes environmentally-specific servant leadership as the independent variable to explore the influence mechanism of this variable on employees’ pro-environment behavior.At the same time,based on the theoretical framework of the active motivation model,green self-efficacy,green organization identity and environmental passion,as the ability,reason and energy motivation mediating variables affecting employee behavior,are included in the relationship path between environmental service leadership and employee pro-environmental behavior.With green shared vision as the moderating variable,this paper explores whether the influence of environmental service leadership on employees’pro-environment behavior changes through the mediating role of green self-efficacy,green organization identity and environmental passion under the influence of different degrees of green shared vision within the organization.This study uses literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods to build research models and propose research hypotheses.440 employees from industrial industries are taken as the research topic,and statistical analysis of the research data is made by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS.The results show that:(1)Environmentally-specific servant leadership has a significant role in promoting the pro-environment behavior of employees in the workplace;(2)Green self-efficacy,green organization identity and environmental passion play multiple mediating roles between environmentally-specific servant leadership and employees’ pro-environmental behaviors,revealing that environmentally-specific servant leadership can motivate employees to adopt pro-environmental behaviors by stimulating their abilities,reasons and energy motivation;(3)Green shared vision plays a positive moderating role in the mediating path that environmentally-specific servant leaderships influence employees’ pro-environmental behaviors through green self-efficacy,green organization identity and environmental passion.From a new perspective of the active motivation model,this study constructed atheoretical model of the relationship between environmental service leadership and employees’ pro-environmental behavior,and provided new guidance for improving employees’ proactive pro-environment behavior in the workplace.Based on the empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward relevant management suggestions from three perspectives:leadership values guidance,organizational resources and organizational green vision.
