| Since the reform and opening up and economic globalization,China’s economy has developed rapidly and brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to enterprises.However,after the background of economic prosperity,the environmental situation has been severely challenged.In this situation,enterprises,as an important part of the society,should also assume corresponding responsibilities,which requires enterprises to not only pay attention to their own economic interests but also consider their impact on the environment.To enhance the positive impact of enterprises on the environment,it is necessary to start from improving the behavior of employees.As an important figure in an enterprise,leaders play an exemplary role in an organization,and their leadership style and behavior will have an important impact on employees’ behaviour.By combing literature found green,mindfulness leadership not only has high environmental sensitivity,remain open to information,but also modesty,pay attention to employee requirements such as quality,can also affect employee with their own state of mindfulness,which increase employees’ willingness to follow,is helpful to improve the staff’s environmental protection consciousness and increase the frequency of participating in the green.And work motivation and green psychological atmosphere is also the important factors that affect employee behavior and attitude,as a result,according to the leader-member exchange theory and self-determination theory,this paper discussed green,mindfulness leadership impact on employee behavior green,clear green,mindfulness green with staff behavior between the mechanism of action,and from the work motivation and green psychological atmosphere put forward some Suggestions.In this study,work motivation is divided into two dimensions: autonomous work motivation and controlling work motivation,and green behavior of employees is also divided into voluntary green behavior and task-based green new behavior.The research model and hypothesis are proposed by combing existing relevant literature.Then,electronic questionnaires were distributed through network channels through questionnaire survey method,and SPSS was used for empirical analysis.Through analysis,this paper comes to these conclusion:(1)green,mindfulness lead positive influence on employee’s voluntary type green behavior and task type green behavior(2)autonomy work motivation in green type mindfulness lead to voluntary green behavior,the influence of task-based green behavior(3)controlling has partial intermediary role motivation mediation to the green,mindfulness lead to task-based green behavior(4)Green psychological atmosphere positively moderated the relationship between green mindful leadership and employees’ green behavior.In other words,the stronger the perception of green psychological atmosphere is,the stronger the influence of green mindful leadership on employees’ green behavior is,and vice versa.In the end,this paper generalizes and discusses the research,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for promoting the green behavior of employees in the organization. |
